Before I comment on the topic, the lateness wasn't NRS fault, it was the Microsoft and Warner execs. fault.

Anywho, i'm glad XBL is finally getting a demo, and 6 days before is still 6 days before, at least you'll get a free taste of the game at least for over the weekend before you finally get the whole plate.

we do not know this for a fact yet, This may be for upcoming release, Not the demo.

Generally yes. Most demos go up for Gold members for a week, then Silver members can get it.

So, if you're Silver you will end up with the full game before you could play the demo. (assuming we are getting one before release anyway)

This picture looks faker and faker the more I think about it.

-The Mortal Kombat Demo is in place of where the "Fantastic Pets" demo would be, which is NOT on the list in the picture.
-There is a YouTube.com tab open saying "How to make..."
EDIT:-Closer inspection shows possible difference in text placement compared to the other game that starts with an M. Yes, I am taking this seriously :l

Most likely fake, There was an ad for it on the marketplace the other day though.
All he would need is the FireBug add on for FireFox to do this...Oldest trick in the book.

I mean, it WOULD be nice to get a demo prior to release so I could at least get the feel for the game. But it comes out in a week so I'm not worried about it anymore

If it comes out I tomorrow I will sub for xbox live gold just to get it. Wasn't planning on getting it 'till July when I switch apartments but oh well.

odd that you cant find it again , and i go to same page as you and theres a demo for some fantastic pet demo , so i guess they just took off that demo for couple hours and put mk in its place and then took it off and put back pet demo , LOL good try though

I really hope so, what people are saying is that the first week a demo releases it's exclusive to the gold members. I've never really tried downloading a newly released demo so idk. We'll see tomorrow I guess.

True, but a lot of games are available for Gold members for a week before Silver members can get it. So, if MK is like that Silver members would not be able to try the demo until after release since it's one a week away.

Not really. I'm pointing out worry areas.

My verdict is it's fake, and I was providing reasons. The first one was the most notable.

not really he has a lot of reasons to be doubtful and it is a good observation. that pic is the ONLY source of info we have on the demo.THE ONLY!

so its only smart to be a little be cautious. especially after considering how easy this would be to make.
