Come on now... I'm a fan of Jade but she has a long way to go before she deserves to be an icon of a MK title.

I'm hoping for her to at least have a spin-off of her own game just like Nina Williams in Death By Degrees. But yeah, I doubt Boon will pay that much attention to her.

Yeah but it would be cool for Jade to have to fill a bigger part in something. And what are the chances of them bringing back Deceptions konquest mode? I haven't heard anything about it but that would be amazing.

Frankly I feel that the dead characters should take a back seat in MK10, atleast as far as the storymode is concerned, I wouldn't want them returning as anything more than pawns of Shinnok. I feel that NRS should capitalize and focus on the post MK3 characters and bring them upto the level of the originals in MK10 and then from MK11 onwards have a good mix of both, depending on where they would want to take the story.

As far as konquest mode is concerned it would seem unlikely, but I surely would want it to return. More than that I really hope Shujinko returns, I will have a new found respect for NRS if they include him and portray him as one of the main heroes rather than trying to conform to the casual crowd by bringing back the OG cast again.

yeah, him and Johnny cage should become the main force of good. Obviously along with Raiden but raiden got his spotlight in MK9, more so than liu kang imo.

by main force I mean Johnny cage and Shujinko should be the "good guys" final boss. In a sense.

Bad guy chapter/Bad guy character development please. I'd like to feel a little something for reptile/sheeva ect ect.

I dont think it would affect Onaga's return much. In the original timeline, even though Shujinko was invited for the first MK tournament, he was instructed by Damashi to return to the Netherealm to regain back the 'taint' he had lost during nightwolf's soul cleansing training and he remained there till the start of MKDA, where he helped Scorpion track Quan Chi.

Thus this time around he could help the Earthrealm heroes, instead of spending time in the netherealm, when Raiden seeks him out. Plus during the war against Shinnok he would regain back the taint in an alternative way. This would also be something Damashi would support as well since Shinnok needs to be defeated for Onaga to get his amulet, which is vital for his return and rise to power.

It should more likely be Kitana and Jade together like Liu Kang and Kung Lao in Shaolin Monks involving how they should save and protect Edenia in a non-canon story though. There would also be other characters that involve their story such as Mileena, Sindel, Shao Kahn, and Tanya.

Whether it be the beatifully rendered visuals that hold up even by today's graphics standards, the compelling voice acting that brings the already well-developed characters like Tasia, Tremor or No Face to life, or the deep, rewarding gameplay mechanics that practically ensure replay value of the highest caliber, the game is truly in a league of its own

Release date for injustice is in April, so its safe to assume that it will take another 2 years to complete Mk 10. So its release date will be April 2015. Probably.

Could be longer because of more content, could be shorter because the foundations are already laid out

In any case, we aren't getting MK10 until Microsoft and Sony release their next consoles

[Revamp_Kombat]

- J.Cage & Sonya are the remaining survivors, while Liu is out cold. Cage gave up his fame while Sonya struggles with losses she had with her father & friends. Both will later have feelings for each other.

- Liu Kang is kidnapped by Shinnok & Quan Chi. They can't control his mind like the rest, instead they revive him, bled and scarred, and let him go rogue, just to kill Raiden for betraying him.

- Sub-Zero gets revived as a human by Sareena. She tells him the real truth of why Scorpion and his brother were used by Quan Chi.

- Scorpion learns the truth from Sareena & Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang) of Quan Chi and seeks revenge on him instead.

- Noob Saibot however never cared about what happened in the past anymore. Instead, he seeks to become ruler of the Netherealm from Shinnok.

- Skarlet seeks to kill Quan Chi.

- Reiko and Mileena fight over who'll be ruler of Outworld as emperor or empress.

- Jade gets revived as the mysterious woman controls her. Smoke gets revived as an enenra.

- Kung Lao & Kitana gets revived as slaves for Shinnok.

- Reptile becomes good and seeks to revive Zaterra.

Yes. It could take place in the time when Kitana was trying to rescue Sindel from Kahn's spell. A non-canon version that is.

Btw, for MK10, I do hope Jade gets revived as the mysterious woman from her MK9 ending.
