Okay, so does everyone agree on the strategies I've provided for the Kung Lao portion?

Yeah I actually did say that in the anti-air section. But I didn't post any combos that start with a Teleport Drop.i don't know if anyone mention (probably has im guessing) but since its not in the OP I'll say it anyway. I just started to learn mileena and I would like to say Mileena's teleport is probably the most punishing anti air out of the whole roster. Most anti air moves usually knocks the opponent down but not mileena's teleport.
It's pretty much a free combo if the opponent jumps and you catch him.
Teleport (or ex) -> air sai -> ballroll (You can catch them!) -> any combo leads to 20% dmg mbe more for just a jumping opponent. This is must know info for people wanting to learn mileena's potential.
All in all be wary of your jumping against a mileena.
How about **** Mileena?
Mileena is the only character I have trouble with.
I've beaten great Kanos, masterful Sub-Zeros, uber Reptiles, godlike Kung Laos.
But regular Mileenas wreck me!
You wanna beat b,b,b, lp?
Main Mileena.
Snaggle toothed *****.
Hey she is the best character in the game lol you can't predict her at all unless your opponent spams lol![]()
@yautjared
Those weaknesses just prove how balanced Mileena is within the MK cast. She's not overpowered, and she's not underpowered. Which is more than I can say for Kung Lao and Ermac.
Yeah, and Ermac has nothing on crossovers. Just dashblock to get to him (stand almost next to him and be fast before he uses footsies), then jump over him, jump punch and start up the mixups. He can hardly do anything about that. Very balanced when you consider he has easy combo's and the best lockdown game aside from maybe Johnny Cage (if played well).Ermac is balanced.
What he boasts in special moves he lacks in mix ups.
If you just block high, Ermac is left with nothing but his weak zoning game (weak for teleporters at least.)

As much as I like fighting games, the sad truth is that I really suck against human opponents.
But since I enjoy MK9 so much, I decided to better myself and systematically learn some characters I like.
Currently I am trying to learn this combo:
"Up+4, Up+4, Back+1, 4, 4, Ball Roll, Uppercut: 32% damage. Easy to remember, and pull off."
The problem is, that I cannot get the 4 - Ball Roll connection to work.
After the second 4, my opponent (Noob) kind of crumbles and then the Ball Roll goes "through" him, without any hit, and Mileena ends up far away from her opponent (so Uppercut is not possible).
What am I doing wrong?
Is there a video of this combo?
Another question:
Would "Back+1, 4, 4, Ball Roll, Uppercut" also work as a combo (of course damage would be lower)?
Help would be much appreciated...
