March 19th Kombat Kast Stream Thread

Disappointed Rain and Kabal wont be playable... Not surprised about Rain, but kast time around Kablal was a blast to play as and quite popular... So : l

It does suck, but I am really happy Rain is featured in the story mode, even if he probably meets a gruesome end by the hands of Kotal or one of his minions.
 
Mileena plays great and looks fantastic. Same for Takeda.

Kung Jin I'm kinda meh about. Wont be one of the characters I play very often. But that's fine. I've been wowed by Takeda. That's all I need.

- RIP Sektor, Cyrax and Rain...
- Stupid chakram variation sucks, rather seen another bow variation.
- Stupid cyber sword Takeda variation sucks, why the whips aren't enough and the cyrax style sucks... why both cybrorgs are spread over the newcomer kids?

Overal good watch, Takeda's first two variations are among my favorites now, those whips are uber cool! Rolento + Omega Red! I loved the fire arrow/soul arrow variation of Kung Jin too!

But very said for Rain, he's 100% not in now, which was to be expected.
 
Great stream best one so far. Takeda and kung jin are awesome especially Takeda. Just annoyed that they act like we dont know that jacqui, shinnok, sonya, jax, kenshi, erron black and liu kang are in. Why keep showing the select screen without them.
 
So from the stream we can confirm these characters as not playable. Cyrax, Rain, Kabal, Frost, and Stryker. Anyone else catch any others? Edit: Smoke as well.

Shout out to Derek for not acting like an idiot this time. There was no "phew!" After any intro, not to mention they didn't talk about not talking. Best stream yet.

Completely agree. Takeda and Mileena looks awesome!
And yes, Kung Jin was rather meh to me as well. It seemed like his entire moveset was comprised by other characters' special moves. There weren't alot of originality in him.
 
Holy turd Mileena is ruthless and Takedas moves are sick. I agree with what people are saying about Kung Jin though.

Im very impressed by my girl Mileena, that vanishing move is so good, ill be doing some great set ups with that. satisfied with her overall moves and variations. I really wanted to see her brutality , that fatality was ok.

Takeda looks OP damm! But i dont care i like playing againgst high tier characters.

Great stream nonetheless

Noob Saibot and Smoke were also in that list, so they are out too.
