I think Vignettes might = Characters bios. This hasn't been confirmed though.

That has been announced. The OST is coming out a week before the actual game. I think I even read this somewhere on this site.

Last month, the first track, "Mileena's Theme" by noted DJ and Producer Tokimonsta, was released to high-praise. Acknowledging feverish demand from fans, two more songs from the forthcoming album have been released: "Helado (Sub-Zero's Theme)" by celebrated producer Harvard Bass and "Liu Kang's Theme" by Italian DJ and producer Congorock. All three tracks are now available for download on iTunes and Amazon and the full album will be available on April 5.

Looked it up and you're right but its even a little sooner than you thought. I saw Skillrex posting alot on Hector's twitter comment on the "hot shit". Maybe it IS possible that they will announce all the themes and songs on the soundtrack? Just a thought, idk. April 5th isn't too far off and they might want to hype it a month beforehand.

It makes me really believe they are going to release a demo..... what else have they possibly not done before.....
