Story - After the death of Mileena, the Edenian freedom fighters are forced to withdraw from the civil war. Unfortunately, the emperor's trusted agent known as Reptile, followed Rain and Tanya as they returned to their base of operations. The Edenians must now prepare for the Emperor's approaching strike to wipe out the rebels once and for all.
Chapter One - King Jerrod fights to protect his family from Outworld Emperor Shao Kahn's invasion.
Chapter Two - The young Princess Kitana learns the ways of becoming an assassin to serve her "father" and Emperor after the unfortunate death of her mother.
Chapter Three - Several years later, the Edenian freedom fighters prepare for what may be their final battle. After being caught by the Emperor's forces, Tanya strikes a deal with her captors in order to save Edenia through other means.
Chapter Four - As the Emperor's assault begins, an Edenian Prince known as Rain fights along side his rebel friends in a grueling battle. Unfortunately for Rain, his strongest ally, Tanya, has drifted away from the vision they once shared.
Chapter Five - Kitana, now one of two rulers of the Netherrealm, awakens from her sleep to the cries of several Edenian warriors. She finds herself surrounded by the tormented souls of her fallen people begging for help. Kitana is guided to the home she once lived in where she discovers a brutal massacre. Rain, weak and near death, asks her to avenge her people. Kitana lays waste to the Emperor's strike force. But her thirst for blood does not end there. Kitana vows to find Tanya and ensure her soul will forever lay in unrest within the Netherrealm.
Secret Unlockable Character - King Jerrod (1 variation). He is accessed through Kitana's roster spot with a specific chain of button commands.

Pack also includes the default number of fatalities and brutalities for Rain. An alternate costume for Rain unlocked through Klassic Tower. Downpour Modifier (creates heavy rain during the battle, making it difficult to see at times). Betrayal Modifier (at random times during the battle, life bars will be swapped).
