Kombat Pack 2 Reveal tomorrow!

No more quests please. I'm very content with Jason and Predator. Great guest choices but now that they got that out of their system, lets stick with MK.

I'm really hoping for Baraka. There isn't enough monsters in X for me.
 
Baraka and Bo are pretty much given. IF these are the silhouettes for real and not boon being boon that is. the middle 2 are much more difficult. im putting my hat in that figure#3 is either a cyborg (though which one is beyond me... seems weird to have cyrax without sektor or vice versa) or master chief. as for figure 2 i am completely in the dark (pun only slightly intended). sindel seems possible based on the image comparison posted a few posts back. a xenomorph is HIGHLY improbable based on the character modeling system in place (for basically the same reason that motaro wasnt REALLY in armaggedon). Rain could also be possible if you pay attention to the head of the shadow... but the body kinda shoots that to hell unless the dramatically remodeled him.

saying that a female is unlikely because of tanya is trolling in the least, and a sign of utter ignorance more likely. tanya is probably the biggest badass of ALL the female characters in basically every other MK. MKX tanya revived my hope that one day every MK kharacter will one day be well rounded and a truly viable play option.
 
It's an announcement of who will be the next bunch to join the roster. Nothing was ever stated that we were going to get these characters immediately.

I can appreciate the wait. I only have 10% of Phantom Pain done plus Fallout 4 and Black Ops 3 will be coming out soon. I have no interest in playing X at the moment. These characters being available for next year is fine for me.

Also, you guys DO know it takes more than a month to make some character... Right? I forgot, we're game developers suddenly.
 
Baraka- Not bad
Fujin - Cool
Sindel - Meh
Bo Rai Cho - Interesting
Smoke - better than Baraka
Cyrax/Sektor - The best
Frost - why not
Rain - can't deny i want him
Guest - not so sure

I pretty much expected just an announcement of the next 4 DLC characters and maybe an official confirmation of The Pit, probably with a trailer, but I didn't expect the next batch of DLC to be out that soon.

People forget that they have to do 3 variations, voice-over work and tons of play-testing for each character, but yeah, let's all get it done overnight. /sarcasm :bird:

Anyways, by the time that 2016 rolls around I'll likely be too busy playing Dishonored 2, so I'll have to come back to it once I've played through Dishonored 2, unless Boon actually means early 2016, in which case I'll have the DLC and Dishonored 1 to continue keeping me busy until Dishonored 2 comes out.
 
That's longer then I expected. Obvi I thought there would be a wait. Now I'm certain there will be a guest character or two. Have to bring the casuals back somehow and I feel Fujin or Bo wouldn't do that.
 
I'd mostly hoping for Sektor, Reiko, Havik and Fujin. I feel like the first three were done soooo dirty by the embarrassing comics and should have a proper sendoff and a last chance to build a solid fanbase (which they most definitely will) and Fujin fans deserve this. Personally, I'm a huge fan of Rain/Cyrax/Noob Saibot/Sindel, but I feel strongly they'll return in the next game, so I'm OK with them missing out for this round. I'm also very curious as to what they'd do with Sareena, Bo, Frost and Li Mei, but since they're alive, and made an appearance, I'm assuming NRS had future plans for them, so I can wait.

.......except that Boon said that there would be no console exclusive guests in MKX.
I could see Baraka and Bo Rai Cho being in, somewhat, given the silhouettes, but the other 2 I doubt.
