KE Ninja Costume is Ermac

Excellent news, I've always wanted Ermac in MK1 form. Pays tribute to the rumor as well.
Anyway I'm loving all these recent updates! I think they're really going to spoil us in the coming weeks :)

Thats the thing though, The Tournament Edition and Kollector's Edition are seperate entities, all they have in common is the Ermac skin and the 360 Avatar clothes. Otherwise, the kollectibles are different, no additions add on to eachother. I like this concept though of Ermac being in both editions because it doesnt give us the incentive to buy a whole other edition and spend more money for something we didnt really have a use for, just for a character skin that couldve been different.

I'm super hyped.

On top of everything, I also paid off my KE today.
The GameStop store manager told me that if she got more than 50 Pre-Orders, she would do a big midnight release, complete with a huge flat-screen and mini-MK tourney in the store. :-D
 
Just curious, how many of you prefer the MK3 ninja design over the MK1/MK2 design?
I've never particularly liked the MK3 design, I don't find the painted-on outfit appealing.

I prefer the MK2 design the most out of them all.

But I think whats disappointing to people who wanted his MK3 costume instead is because that was when he made his first CANON appearance, hence it would be fitting for him to have that costume.

Yeah that's true, but I believe they're slotting him into the MK1 story now, so it makes sense that he would have the same retro skin as the others.
My favorite ninja design has always been MK1, but I like that they've included the pattern from MK2 on the outfit, as it definitely looks better.

For Ermac, I would have preferred the UMK 3 version, but I'm good with the MK 1 version too.
For Scorpion, Sub Zero and Reptile I'm glad that they went the route that the did for the Klassic costumes.
 
I'll just be going with the normal edition from gamestop. I'll just buy the Sub Zero/Reptile and Ermac retro costumes when they release them for DLC a few months later.
 
It seems NRS isn't giving a shit about the awesome UMK3 outfits. Oh well. I guess that it's better than nothing (seems like there's no hope for Smoke to have his robot outfit as DLC. He'll most certainly be a DLC character on his own.)

I would like that better, because Robo Smoke had different moves.

They look rubbery to me but I'm happy they are just giving us the palette swaps.

Question, I know they are including all four (Ermac/Reptile/Sub/Scorpion) retro costumes in the KE and TE, but I heard that all the main roster would be getting retro costumes. Is it safe to assume all those will just be DLC?

They only include Ermac in TE/KE not anyone else. The rest is pre-order exclusive.
And I guess atleast all ninjas will get a retro costume (Noob is the only one that I think will look extra splendid. at least if his skin is pitch black)
 
hm ..sweet ..but still, I want Amazon.co.uk to list their reptile promotion ..i dont want to order from america ..or is it possible to be shipped due a day? o.O
