Oh but have you noticed something? The Classic Smoke and Noob outfits we're getting AREN'T the same costumes they used for the secret battle fights! WHOOT! They're NOT retro MK1 Palette swaps, they are LEGIT MK2 classic costumes! I LOVE ALL THE DETAIL they are putting into this game! Now all I would like is an UMK3/MKT Rain classic costume AND an MK2 Skarlett classic costume (which will be very simple: Kitana/Mileena exact costume from MK2, but in red!)

I really like that they're legitimately MKII costumes. There's now some measure of validity to the hopes many people have voiced about seeing Rain rock his MKT/UMK3 outfit. Something I'm really hoping to see. =)
 
Never been a huge Rain fan but he looks simply amazing. One of the best, if not the best Ninja design on the game, by far. Maybe I might start liking him now.

Finally the stupid prince of persia look is gone. I HOPE.

Wait...that was Rain in MK:A??? I really thought that was the Prince from Prince of Persia. Like a crossover with UbiSoft?? WTF?????lol

Seems like it'd be better to release Kenshi earlier in the month and Rain later in the month. Give some time for people to get used to each DLC character before the next is released. It also spreads out the hype over a slightly longer period of time. Just because NRS is getting more aggressive with their DLC, doesn't mean they're going to abandon the hype they have so loved to built. Just my opinion, though.
