Is MKXL komplete edition?

Fact is, we don't know.
It was never described as being a complete edition, but alot of hints points towards that, yes, this is indeed the complete edition. But there has yet to be a full on official confirmation of such.

It's missing a few costumes, but it includes all of the characters.
Only thing you're confirmed to have to buy is Krimson Ermac
 
With Krimson Ermac and Blue Steel Sub-Zero the proceeds go to the tourney scene, so I don't mind it as much.
I just wish that the Apocalypse costumes were also available as a separate purchase.
Here's to hoping that they become available separately, later down the road.
 
It's not it's just an enhanced version, it's just a size up from the original.
