I have no idea what that is... but no, I wouldn't like that. If it was kept just as a personality quirk, I'd be alright with it, but I would defintaly not want his entire character to revolve around him being a lovesick puppy who just wants to hump Subbie's leg. That's not character development, that's cheesy one-dimensional anime character persona.

Nah, you have to watch the show.

He's not just trying to hump his leg, he's actually basically the only reason the main character survives past day 2. He trains him, he acts as moral support, and is pretty much the glue that holds the group together. He's a really good character.

I love this thread so much. I can just feel the fumes coming from the forum's homophobes surrounding all of this speculation on the character's sexuality. Must be a lot of red faces right about now.

Ah, that's not how you initially presented the idea though. From what you wrote, it seemed to me you wanted Smoke to be all about that gay love with Subbie.

Ermac is a collection of souls. I'm sure some of them are gay and bi, even some are most likely women as well. Just because he was created as a male body doesn't make him a straight man. Gender and sexuality goes beyond the physical.
