Is everyone getting this, or is it just my character?

Hi all :D
Now I've started playing Shang Tsung online, every match that I win I always get a message which 99% of the time says '' Shang is overpowered anyway'' or ''My character is really bad against Shang and thats why you won''.
Am I the only one getting this? Last time I checked Shang wasn't really that bad unless I'm missing something :P
 
Well, i alwats lose online so I don't, but I belive the person you beat is one of those people who think they can beat anyone, so thats why, even if you used anyone, they would still say that ;)

Naw man it's not Shang Tsung it's just that,

There is no way you're better than your opponent. You suck. If you ever win that means:

1- You character is Overpowered.
2- It was laggy as ****.
3- Your opponent wasn't using his main.
4- You spam.
5- You have no life.
6- You are homosexual.

That's the logic of most people you'll meet online. If you don't get hatemail, then you're not playing it right.

And just as I posted this I got another one which said ''Is soulstealing all you can do on wakeup? Fag.'' Im tempted to reply, ''Why yes, yes it is'' :P

I haven't got any hatemail, and I play as an "easy" character too (Ermac) Maybe it's because I've only got like 50 matches in. I've actually got more congratulations and advice messages than I have hatemail.

He is SOO underrated, too.
And he can soul steal, so if you get hatemail.. I'm afraid the diagnosis is.. Butthurt.
 
That wasn't my intention in the slightest ;)
I never claimed to flawless victories :) Just to complain about the fact that characters are automatically claimed as OP if someone loses against them :3

Dude, the guy was just a sore loser, Shang Tsung is a very good character but he's very difficult to learn and master, with all that skull commands and the fact that you need to know combos and specials of every character to take advantage of the soul steal.

Just ignore that people...

I think people just get angry at the fact that when you start with the Skull juggle, they cant break it :P Its just so fun watching them fly all over the screen though :3
