Just busting your balls. I hate Scorpion. He should be nerfed to unusability. Anyone who defends this character is a total jerk job; except for Reaver, he's a cool dude.

I don't think he should be nerfed, because he's such a risky character to begin with. He eats 30% minimum on every teleport that gets read, as well as other very punishable specials.

I'm also confused on that, as well as...

"Normalized the splash hitbox Metropolis’ Hover Drones when thrown by a power character."

What is normalized?

"Freezing Cold (character power) now has 10 additional frames of recovery."

It takes longer to recharge after it's used?

"Slightly adjusted the Teleport Punch (Down+Back+3) speed"

Slower start-up, or how fast he travels in the air?

They cleverly avoid using the words "Reduced" or "Nerfed"
Normalized means nerfed. Slightly adjusted is used to make people think these aren't huge changes. But I guarantee Scorpion's vortex is going to be affected by the speed reduction
