Injustice: Gods Among Us Prequel Comic

Do you remember that he got his ass handed to him by the Mainstream Universe, heroic version of himself in the game's Story Mode? The comics are just telling what happens during the 5 year span of Regime Supes' rise to dictatorship before the alternates from our universe got caught up in this.

I think that the comic's story is WAY better than the game's (the game's story is great though) my favorite moment so far has to be Superman breaking Batman's back

Although it might be a big contradiction, but there's one thing I agree with Supes on.... and that's

on the way Batman didn't do to handle his archnemesis. Otherwise, the whole event wouldn't occur. Lois and Jimmy would've been alive, Metropolis and its citizens still standing, and Clark could've have a nice family, being no longer the last of the Kryptonian (I know the other being Zod), with his kid born.


Sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good, even at the cost of reputation and morale.

Looks like things is starting to heat up, preparing for the actual battle between the Regime and the Insurgency. And points for Alfred kicking ass.

I see.....I'm guessing the writers and artists are focusing on the other DC comic stories. Hopefully when it comes out, the following occurs that happened:

1.)Raven's fully succumbing to her demonic heritage.
2.)New outfits for the Regime members.
3.)Hal Jordan's choice of becoming a Yellow Lantern
4.)The alliance with Sinestro and Black Adam
5.)Catwoman's betrayal
6.)Aquaman's reasoning for siding with the Regime
7.)The reeducation of the villains.
8.)Batman forming an alliance with Harley Quinn.

Good ideas, here are mine:
1.)What happens to Alfred.
2.)How did Superman get control of Doomsday and where was he
3.)Robin taking on the Nightwing mantle
4.)What happens to the heroes who sided with Batman
5.)How and why did Catwoman betray Batman
6.)Cyborg torching Deathstroke
 
My guess is that they are going to go on hatious 4 more times in the comic's run since it went on hatious after the end of year one and the events leading up to the game's story are 5 years. I also think that the series will reach somewhere around 180 issues, give or take since 1 year was 36 issues and (hopefully) they plan to cover all 5 years
 
If I recall, on January 15, 2014, Injustice: Gods Among Us-Year 2 will be out. This is gonna interesting. Hope it lives up to Year 1's standards.

A very good start to this new year. I think this is the beginning when Hal starts to think about that being a Green Lantern is not working out for him in this situation, especially now that Clark is more dangerous than ever.

And wow Dinah!! Sorry about Ollie, but great job shattering Supes' ear drums. I hope they make her a either a starter or unlockable character in Injustice 2, in the future.

I read the 2nd chapter of Year Two on the printout version, and you are not gonna like how the next one is gonna end, although I like the shock value that is just as big as it was in Year One. Also 3 well-known characters make their debut in the comics in Chapter 2.

Also I bet two of my predictions about the up-coming events will about to come into fruition in Year Two so far.

Once I see the 2nd chapter posted on Youtube, I'll post it on here as usual.
