If you could have a voice of a vocalist who would it be?

If you could have the voice of a vocalist or a singer, who would it be and why?

For me it have to be james hetfeild cause i'll have the ability to change my voice alott!!!

claudio sanchez, he has a really good voice with good range. OR riataiah helm, this chick that sings falsetto here in hawaii, she is sooooo good and sooooooo beautiful.

speaking of singing falsetto

I'd love to have King Diamond's singing voice.
or perhaps the Metal God himself Rob Halford's singing voice.
or actually something more like that guy from 3 Inches Of Blood
"Deadly Sinners!"

I can actually sing alot like brian Johnson of AC/DC for those who don't know

he's got the most constapated voice in all of music if you ask me.

Probably Burton Bell from Fear Factory because I'd have a killer growl and actually be able to sing as well. He's one of the best singers in metal, in my opinion.

Otherwise, I'd just want an immensely bottom-heavy death metal voice like Lord Worm from Cryptopsy that no one could ever decipher. I can do a death growl, but not quite like that.

Either Tom Shear from Assemblage 23, or Ronin Harris from VNV Nation. Why?

I've you've ever seen either of these bands in concert, you'd know that they put some godlike emotion into their songs

Utada Hikaru!!! =O

Although I have a range of 4 Octaves I bet she goes like...beyond O_O!!!

her low and high ranges are...*sniff*....heavenly

Hmm.. I can't really think of any..

Mainly because most of my favorites I can already imitate. I would however like to hit the same range that Steve Perry and Steve Aubrey of Journey can hit.

I can do the following:
Metallica
Megadeth
Queensryche
Iron Maiden (some stuff I have a hard time with)
Axle Rose
Claudio Sanchez
Ozzy
SOAD (both singers)
Faith No More (Mike Patton)
Gene Simmons
Slaughter

There are probably quite a few more that I can't think of right now.

I can't do Bon Scott or Brian Johnson, but I really don't want to.. that sounds like it hurts!!!

Brian Johnson is actually really easy the way I do it.
I can do a decent mastaine as well I guess.
I dunno if I can beleive you can hit the same notes that Geoff Tate of Queensryche can hit though.you'll have to forgive me I just don't see many people that can hit those high notes as well as he can.
I've pushed myself to reach certain notes but that's still over a mile out of my league I'd say.
and I can't see someone actually having a harder time with Brian Johnson (well maybe some people just can't do it I guess).
and having a harder time with Bruce Dickinson than Geoff Tate.that's almost Halford level of vocals.
supposedly the lead singer of Nitro (also famous for having Michael Angelo Batio) has a 4 octave voice and I still think Halford and Tate can hit higher notes than him.

dave mustaine(megadeth)
