Ideas for 360 Exclusive DLC~ Please do not make more threads

And in Halo Reach, they are pulling all sorts of Brutal HtH assassinations on eachother, with knives, neck breaks, and such.

Master Cheif, or rather a Spartan III, would fit perfectly into MK.

Master Cheif is a Spartan II, which are stronger than Spartan III's, I know.

even with out any of his weapons kratos still kan fight we haven't seen any non weapon gamplay from master chief or fenix. (including his blue lightsaber) In the non weapon comment because its still a weapon.

That's because Master Cheif is from a Shooter, where you shoot things.....

In the books and anime, he holds his own in any close combat fight; try finding a Military Combatant, real or fake, that can't.....

Here, I have tomorrow off from work, I'll post up an idea of how MC could totally fit into MK9 without using his guns for standard attacks. I'm sick, so I can't work out anyway.

@ Keith: What exactly do you consider 'too many weapons'? I mean, Sub-Zero uses his freeze in so many ways so are you going to complain about him being able to freeze you too many ways?

The amount of weapons Kratos has (which I don't consider to be 'too many' but I guess people have different ways of considering what is 'too many') makes up for the types of moves he doesn't have (ie. if Kratos has 7 weapons, it's the same as Sub-Zero having 7 ways to freeze you) Just picking numbers out of the air so don't come back with OMG HE DOES NOT HAVE 7 WAYS TO FREEZE/7 WEAPONS. Just giving an example.

but see what i said was "Game Play" books and movies are good and all but those are books. Example if kratos killed superman in a book i wouldn't say well kratos killed superman here " here" and here in a book or movie.

i would see marcus fenix trowing a punch before MC would MC seems like a puss to me.(my opinion)

After playing AMES32's Kratos in mk9 I completely changed my opinion on having exclusives. Kratos is simply amongst other creative examples (mkvsdc) of how good NRS are at implementing guest into games. I don't think a completely weapon based character will cause the team problems, its fitting character into the universe without harming their integrity. Halo is a mature series, but it doesn't reach mk's level of violence.

I gotta agree for the most part here. I like the way Rain is. He just needs to actually have a good revamped story. Keep the purple ninja prince look. Thats the way hes supposed to be. Hes a prince, and a ninja serving Shao Kahn.

Oh, I never once thought you were being a bastard, I just don't like your argument :P I come from a forum (Who I was asked to keep up to date with MK things, to tell the truth) where logics and such fancy pansy talkings are normal.

Also, I'm not saying he should be in the game, or that I want him in the game as my order of Exclusive Preferance would be:

1. Rick Taylor
2. Paxton Fettel/Point Man/ Alma
3. Isaac Clarke
4. General RAAM
5. Skorge/Any CoG
6. A Spartan III
7. Master Cheif

Which is kind of pathetic, because it's not until #4 that you get into real Xbox exclusives :*)

I just don't like the thoughts of "Master Cheif can't fit in the game because he's from a shooter and uses too many guns!", when, while I haven't played God of War, I do beleive the closest Kratos gets to fists are the Cestus. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If I really have the time tomorrow, I think I'm going to do Rick Taylor, too :D

no 'no' not only does he beat the shit out of zeus's face and rip and pull people apart he also breaks necks with his bare hands. in one of the games u give up ur blades and he still beats the holy living shit out of every one.

i thought sword/knife fighting was a type of hand to hand fighting

I Would Prefare The Arbiter But Master Chief`s Reflex`s Are WAY Beyond Marcus`s Cause Of Spartan 2 Armor.

Personally(not that any of you care what I think..), I would be ecstatic if you had your own Microsoft inspired mascot and stage (ala Kratos, of course.. With his stage.). It would put a silence to all of the "OMG NRS LEUVZ SONY'S PENIZ LOL!"-talk. Yeh. I really hope you guys get something a-kin to Senor Kratos and his stage!

I can't get my head around this way of thinking. If that's what you want to do fine, but he's not in story mode, you don't have to pick him and what's so bad about fighting him? There are certainly worse, less fitting characters out there.

Surely by putting up with that controller you're having a worse experience than playing just fine and ignoring Kratos 90% of the time?

It's strictly a purist thing. I know it's only (1) character but you have to draw the line somewhere and with me it's either a 100% pure game (whether it be MK, SF, or SC) or it isn't. For this MK version I got what I wanted with the 360 ver.

And I don't mind crossovers. MvC2 was my main fighting game for a long time and I have it on different consoles (Dreamcast ftw). I'll most likely check out SF x Tekken just cause I can't say no to a new fighting game.

I just count myself as lucky enough to be able to pick which platform I want for my games.
 
Personally, I'd really rather have someone from Gears or Master Chief. Ryu Haybusa... I seriously don't like him. That and, in my opinion, it should be a character that actually is unique to the Xbox 360. And someone that is easily recognizable to the 360 gaming community. So Marcus Fenix/Cole or Master Chief would make a thousand times more sense.

EDIT: And for all the naysayers to Master Chief because he's from a shooter, learn something. Master Chief can flip tanks. I'm pretty sure he'd do fine in Mortal Kombat. And, like someone else has already said, it's not like he was in Story Mode. It's not like you HAVE to play as him.

360 exclusivr: "Hero" from Fable, stage is Oakvale.

That would be the only exclusive I would like from Microsoft, mainly because I dislike GoW and hate Halo :p

Boon has already given his stance on people who think having/not having a single character would ruin the game; the series is better off without you.

Anyway, getting my stuff together to post my Spartan III, give me another hour or so.
