Help my mk9 won't go online anymore!

THIS really pisses me off especially when Im in line during a king of the hill battle when the game session just boots me fuuuuuu! My other BIG complaint is when your inputs have a second or more delay but the person you fight has no problem during their attacks resulting in a loss because my character just stands there and gets pounded on ugh!
 
Last 8 games I've played on ranked, someone accepts, game auto crashes.

Online for this game is a ****ing joke.
 
This was happening to me in ranked last night and all of today, at least 25 times. "The game session is no longer available." this appears right after I get a match up and the screen is black before character selection.

NRS doesn't give a shit about fixing anything with MK9, they just care about making a slightly upgraded version to make more money. I don't even play KOTH much anymore because I'm tired of getting lagged out of it. I hate waiting for 7 matches in a row then it's my turn and the game lags out. I had 12 wins in a row last night and I lagged out then all of these people sent me hate mail saying I quit because I "was scared" of this guy that I already beat a few times. >_>... It doesn't happen like 9 times in a row or 25 times in a night but it's still enough to be annoying.
 
LAte last night it seemed to be working for a little bit, but this morning it's doing the same damn crap!!!!!!!!!
