Has Goro ever disappeared for anyone else?

I got Goro as a pre-order bonus (XB1) and he's my most-used character, but for some reason today I've just noticed he's now unavailable, and it says I need to press A to buy him. I went to the Manage Games & Apps section and made sure he was still installed, and he is. When I go to the Xbox Store it says I can buy Goro, but it's always said that anyway.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have no idea why he's randomly decided not to be selectable, and I do not want to have to re-install.

The only thing that has ever disappeared for me was Kung Jin's bow.

Don't ask, it just did.

I haven't had any problems with Goro though, but I did see him with a pack of cigarettes but I can't tell you how long that was.

I have to accounts on my PS4: one is with the US PS store (the one that i use) and the other one from Brazil (to buy DLC). I bought Goro with my brazilian account. If i don't log in first with my BR account, Goro disappears from my US account. Maybe it could be the same problem with you.
