This is by far the best game announcement in a very long time. Being able to play Halo 2 online again will be absolutely amazing.

Im so excited for this. they said halo 2 was getting the "anniversary treatment" 6 maps are gonna be remastered in hd. what about the other ones. every map in halo is gonna be in this. are some halo 2 maps gonna have the old graphics?

I still love the Halo storyline. I don't own an xbox one, but I'll certainly be watching a playthrough of Halo 5 for it's storyline. Halo 4 has one of my favourite stories in the series. They made Chief and Cortana so... memorable. Those interactions were outstanding.

That is great value; 4 full games plus beta access for a 5th for the price of a single new game is too good a deal to pass up imo.
