No mask, exposed dinosaur face, no V top. Even less ninja than the trailer costume. I'm excited to see the whole outfit. They might have finally nailed the raptor look if there's a tail in one of the variations.
 
I mentioned that Kitana and Kung Lao could have revenant alternates (or main costumes), so that would reinforce their appearance on the game but still be faithfull to the plot.

Yeah, I want that too. A more evil look to them. But that shouldn't be their primaries.

Kitana and Quan Chi are possible alternates we've been seeing as well, since we can't see enough of their bodies in their icons to know.

I don't know, man. I see eyes, nose and teeth without something covering any of that. His forehead, cheeks and chin are still covered by something, though.

Yeah, and I think they may have lost attention on Reptile's look. Or maybe let that there just to see who would discover.

Anyway, why do you think it's Quan Chi's alternate? I think it's the main one, because it's like he is dressed to war, besides the fact that it's a very good version of his MK4 look.
 
My bet is on Ermac. They haven't revealed his render yet, that's the main reason. They released Kitana, Kung Lao and Reptile very fast, but no Ermac until now.
 
Still sticking to my theory that the Kitana costume we have been seeing is the alternate. Default costume will be the stripper outfit we all know and love

This is certainly quite interesting. As others said, maybe this could be an alternate costume.

I'll keep my eyes on it.
