U drop them as high as possible from the bubble and time your attacks to land AFTER his feet touch ground. There won't be enough frames for him to attack and since he touched ground the combo is considered *over* allowing the damage reset. The most the opponent could do is block in which case rain has some nice pressure tools.

And yes lightning can be blocked. It also threatens a combo from full screen! If it was unblockable it would be op.

Ehh, I prefer to just Water Bubble into Uppercut into 4,3 lightning...

/shrug, for me it depends on how much hp i have vs how much they have, time left, meter, etc. reset is for when you need that extra damage and dont think you will be punished too hard for it (like having 2 bars for breaker on hand)

If you like fast characters, low teir isn't really for you.

Love Sindel, she hasn't decent mix ups, a great anti air yell, amazing zoning, and her hair whip can keep them from touching you. Her corner combo potential is awesome too
 
go with quan chi... his mix ups are fun and people have no idea what to do against him... also he can beat people to death with thier own leg which is hilarious

What you know vs what you see. If a sheeva player uses a predictable pattern of engagement. Whiffs moves more then frequently. Fails to create/use spacing.

My point is its fairly easy to recognize a subpar player once you know the game mechanics

i dont understand why some ppl say this, i fight mileena all the time, like 40% of the time shes such a pain in the ***.

i used to have great difficulty beating sheeva, but now that ive mastered sektor, i shoot down sheeva and quanchi out of the sky all the time lol. if u see me picking sektor i suggest u dont pick quan or sheeva, its suiciide dont do it.
 
Might want to try out Stryker. Many on these forums claim that he is most under-rated fighter in the game, I agree. I recently gave him a chance, practiced some offline on expert, search strat posts etc. and honestly I think he's going to become one of my "mains" he's pretty badass

He has some good mixups close and at range. Can juggle to a 30% combo with an anti-air gun shot. His ex-roll can get past projectiles from max range. After I picked him up it surprises me I see him so little online. I see far more Sheeva stomp spammers...

albeit he might be a little slow for you, not sure but oyu can be anyone your fighting so theres a game changer right there
