Games from your childhood

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Sega)

I was 7 years old when I was introduced to that show, I stopped watching not long after 3 members of the original cast were replaced, I was so sad to see Austin St John go. My dad bought this game for me at Canadian Tire, a hardware store. I would've preferred a beat em up like Final Fight instead of a ''fighter''. Despite the game being terrible, crappy controls and everything, I really tried to like this game. The cut-scenes were the best parts of the game, Jason throwing his sword at Evil Tommy was awesome. Time to go download the first season of the show...

Wow, I'm clearly younger than you since I did not know Canadian Tire sold video games back then... I know they sold the PS2 for a while when demand and hype was insane, but that's about it.

But man, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was an amazing Genesis game, I owned it as well, as well as the Game Gear version! I agree, when Austin St. John was replaced by the guy who played Rocky, I felt they focused too much on Tommy. I liked the balance of leadership between Jason and Tommy.

I don't have any images but my all time favorites growing up are.

NES: Wizards & Warriors , Bucky O'Hare , and Contra
SNES: Zombies Ate My Neighbors , Lost Vikings 1 & 2 , and Super Mario All Stars
GENESIS: Toejam & Earl , King's Bounty , Haunting , and Beavis & Butthead

There were dozens if not hundreds of games I played through my childhood, but Crash bandicoot and streets of rage 2 are definitely the most nostalgic for me. I was/am still a DMC addict too.
