Fix Available On Xbox 360 for Online Sync Issues

even if this does fix it, this is just ridiculous and you shouldnt have to do pointless steps in order to get
something that should have always worked in the first place.

the dlc costumes are only 108k.. takes seconds to unlock coz they're already on the disc.. skarlet gets downloaded in the 80mb compatability pack so again.. few seconds to unlock when you buy her...
 
by redownload do u mean delete and then download again or just redownloading over the previous one because as ppl mentioned it really does take a couple of seconds to redownload so i dont think it does anything but check "oh you already have it, no need to download again"

Pretty sure you have to delete because like you said, it only checks to see if you have it, which is why it's seemingly only taking a few secs. Did it last night, helped. Only had a game freeze towards the end of the night, no dc's at all.
 
For sure delete the old pack and redownload it again, the simple redownload doesn't work (at least for me), i just did it and it stop the black screen on loading and the lag/freeze after i select the classic skins. If you don't know how to delete the DLC go
MY XBOX/SYSTEM SETTINGS/MEMORY/HARD DRIVE/GAMES/MORTAL KOMBAT/KLASSIC COSTUME UNLOCK
delete it and redownload the file from the marketplace.
