Ferra, Kotal, Nightwolf... Who's Next? Ruutuu (possibility)

Well, I've put this long time ago on Kotal Kahn's thread, but this is interesting.

Considering his variations and his appearance, he is totally based or in tribute to Huitzilopochtli, god of war, blood and specially sun on aztec pantheon.

He could also be the god himself, but, as we already seen, he paints his skin.That proves nothing, but gives a more "human" aspect.

Ferra looks indigenous, has body paitings and, most interesting, has the term SILVER HAIRED WOLF QUEEN written on her headpiece.

Kotal Kahn has been said to want to preserve her race, showing a connection. Also, it always seemes to me that the Jungle Stage was someplace VERY LIKELY mesoamerican forests, even with an olmeca head and a waterfall, not even mentioning the consitency of the leafs.

It's kinda evident that Nightwolf is not becoming the only character of indigenous culture, though he is a descendant of the cultures that survived (the best term...) on North America.

Anyway, Aztecs also had origins on closer locations to what is US today, though they settled on Tenochtitlan (City of Mexico).

I find this very interesting. Specially because Nightwolf recognized Raiden as Haoka, so there is a connection between cultures, that's why Kotal Kahn may also be the Sun God for real.

The difference is that Kung Lao, Shao Kahn and Noob Saibot's Fatalitites didn't show genitalia being mutilated, which, knowing you, is likely what you were referring to.

Don't ever talk about genitals getting mutilated, then.
You ALWAYS talk about genitals getting mutilated, private parts getting smashed and shoving things up characters asses.
If you didn't always talk about that stuff, then I wouldn't jump to that conclusion.

That's like giving the Cookie Monster a cookie and then him getting mad and going "I don't like cookies."
Well, that's what he's known for.
 
I don't see Ruutuu having a chance to be playable. None of the NPCs in the Challenge Tower struck me as someone who might have a slight chance of returning as an actual playable character.

I'd rather have Noob in over some random character that looked similar towards him.
 
I think that people are going more off of the possibility that there may not be a "Noob" in MKX, per se.

If there is no Noob in MKX, then I would like to see another character that was a nod to him, much like how Kotal kinda replaces Nightwolf as the indigenous tribesman in MKX.
 
Eh, I don't see the similarities with Kotal and Nightwolf unless I'm just not paying that much attention to Kotal. (He strikes an interest but not as much as Ferra/Torr and D'Vorah. From one being the least interesting, ten being the most, he's like a four for me. Which, in a way I don't get why that is but it is what it is.)

And even though Noob is most likely not going to show up, (And I'm sure this has been brought up plenty of times and I apologize for that) I don't want it to be where Noob and Bi Han becomes separate from each other and Noob becomes something else, like he's living on his own without some host or whatever. (Although you have the whole shadow thing being named Saibot and Saibot somehow becomes a real thing, but I don't know how true that is, I got that info off of a Did You Know Youtube video)

I'd rather just have Noob be Noob and not have someone come in that plays similar towards him or acts as a homage/nod of him. I thought he was a real awesome character in 2011 because I felt that they finally got him to play the way he should have been so many years ago. (Screw Deception, seriously) And to just wipe him away to make way for someone else just wouldn't seem... right to me as a fan of this character. You got a great character and then he's thrown away to make room for something else.

Which is why, even though I wouldn't care what brother this Sub-Zero is, I'm somewhat hoping for him to be Bi Han just to see what the hell is the fate of Noob.

Unless the Soulnado literally destroyed him... or he's with the Elder Gods or something and gonna have something happen to him later on. One of those two might be a plausible thing happening to Noob if this Sub-Zero is Kuai.


I'm rambling now in my head as I'm typing this and I should stop.

I can say what I want and I don't mind arguing back to those who go against me. It's my prerogative to say what I say and I make sure that it's ok to say in public. Why? Because I never accuse and jump into conclusions. If you don't like what I say, you can either leave the page or say something to me. It's ok to tell me your opinions. Just don't expect me to shut my mouth about it. :)

For someone who doesn't "jump to conclusions," you just did.
I never said to shut your mouth about anything.
My point was that if you constantly talk about genitals getting mutilated, smashed and ripped apart, then that's what you will get known for and that will be your reputation.
If you don't want to be known for or accused of such things, then that's on YOU to change that.
Stop blaming everyone else for YOUR actions.
 
I want MKX to have the exact opposite of what Nasty_Freak wants, just for the sake of pissing him off. It's irritating to read how much smut he wants in MK.

The only ones who made up Ruutuu are NRS.

He's a character that's in the MK9 Challenge Tower.

Ruutuu is a character that appears in Challenge #93 (Clarity) of the MK9 Challenge Tower.
The in-game Challenge message that pops up says that Ruutuu is a demon spirit who has harassed Nightwolf's ancestors.
You face Ruutuu as Nightwolf in Jade's Desert, on that Challenge Tower mission.
He looks very similar to the Brotherhood Of Shadow in MK: Shaolin Monks.

Ok. But I will keep talking back. Infact, I don't deserve to be accused especially because I don't attack people. I just have my opinions. You guys on the other hand attack me with false accusations. So I'll keep talking back. My opinions are not faults. But accusations against me are wrong just because I come up with these ideas. I will keep fighting of I have to. Btw, accusations are attacks.

I see no reason to make Ruutuu a "real" character. He's just a side-character, just like the Director and Stuntman were, and shouldn't be more than that.
 
Imho Ruutuu looks pretty kool, he should replace Tanya, shes like an empty bottle of milk... make room for fresh blood U HO! xD
