Fatalities or Victory pose?

The fighting mechanics, the artstyle, the characters and the legacy are way too incredible for a little bit of gore to get in the way. I didn't care about the gore til this game since the Unreal Engine was put to creating some of the most lifelike gore in the whole series. I don't find the gore offending by any means, I would if the gore was intended for demented pleasure (like some believe), but its like the decapitated body that won't stop gushing in those old B Horror Movies, its supposed to be shocking and funny. I don't mind it, but it just doesn't do anything for me.
 
There is about a 100% chance I'll do Sheeva's second fatality.

I've been playing as her, and I SOOOO agree that she is underrated.
Not the right place to discuss it but Back+2, 1+2 Fireball does 28% damage!
I've been beasting with her and I find her fatality entertaining... but that victory pose LOL
 
Typically just victory pose for me, because fatalities take too much time away from matches. The only time I'll do a fatality is when it's probably going to be the last match, or if it's a quick stage fatality. A good old uppercut suits me fine though, just like it did in the classics.
 
I go for victory pose, but if i'm playing against a though/*****-spammer-boring opponent i'll do a fatality or if i just want to humillate someone (very rare) with a babality :P

I put myself in the other side, if I lose,i want to fight again quickly. Fatalities are so time-consuming.
 
i do mostly babialitys if its possible....and opponent is not 2 hard.Also sometimes pit fatalitys...depens about mood.
 
I don't mind seeing the fatalities over and over really. I don't love it either, just impartial to it.

Myself however, considering I mainly play Kano and Quan Chi, prefer their victory poses.

With Kano, an EX choke will result in him spitting in my opponents face during his victory pose. I think that conveys pretty much everything I'd wanna say at that point ;-)

Quan Chi's bone throne and evil laughter is just Boss really. Unless the opponent was an annoying scrub spammer, at which time I'll bring out the Leg Beating fatality, just to make a point that repetitiveness isn't always cool. :-)
 
If the person was playing like a douchebag then I'll do a fatality just to push it in their face, or if I'm playing against a friend I might do it just for the lulz. If they played with honor then I'll do victory pose. Some times I like going for zombie mode just to cut both of them out.
