Fatalities or Victory pose?

I love to lose to Kintaro.

His victory pose is just pure badass

Lol, do you get the feeling he's upset that no one is around to see him stomp his opponent? It's like he hangs his head in shame that he has no fans.

Kintaro = The best boss of MK9!

Lol I noticed that!

He raises his arm in victory, looks around and puts his arm down.
Then he looks into the camera, and looks away

I'm stoping to do fatalities online with characters I have reached the Nekropolis stats fro master the "amount of fatalities" .... I have mastered already Mileena and Sektor, so, I don't do anymore fatalities online with both .... with others, I don't care for a while on doing, but, once each one complete that Fatality master stats, will not be doing fatality anymore as well.

They ruined his face, it's like a kid who's painted like a tiger, while he looked awesome in MK2.

I couldnt agree more! He honestly looks like a small childs face with circus tiger makeup has been put on his body! And as awesome as Goro and KIntaro are, they seem quite "short" in this. I would expect them to be standing just below the health bar, but they only seem a head taller at most. Hell, Sheeva looks taller than them!

Anywho's, on to the topic at hand. There was a thread recently about rage quitting and people quitting during fatalities and while I think quitting is not good, and I even defended that fatalities are a part of Mortal Kombat, I myself am sick of them now and I often end the match with a poke or fireball.

And seeing as 90% of my battles are against Scorpion, SZ and Ermac, you have no idea how boring it is seeing those fatalities now.

I say Fatality. I think it's kinda disrespectful not to perform a fatality on your opponent. It's like saying "Hey that fight we just had wasn't worth my time, or even a simple 5 button code."

I only do fatality with Kabal to master him for the kunfu is strong achievement, almost there.
And i do fatality when someone is shouting how great he is through the mic, just to learn the bastard :P
For the rest : Uppercut or when the match was worthless a small slap in the face :)
At first those fatalities were great fun, now they get bored, especially if someone do them after each round, and most of the time they do the same, boring and a waste of my time !

I usually only do fatalities when I've had a few matches with an opponent and know they probably won't quit. The amount of times people quit while a fatality is performed is high In my experience so I tend not to.

MK IS all about doing fatalities, but I get it that you are bored with them after a while and yes some do suck incredibly hard or are inspirational but since all chars have 2-3 fatals and a babality and stage kill it's hardly getting repetitive. Seeing the one and only victory pose of the same char over and over IS. Fact: every char needs more opening lines and victory poses, (like the ones from challenge tower, they are great) cuz that's what annoyed me the most since the demo, but (maybe) we'll see more fatals as dlc in the future before some victory pose dlc anyday soon I'm afraid cuz I think fatalities (what the MK series became famous for) will have more succes than some pose, but hoping is not a crime and I for one defenitely wouldn't mind:)

YES seeing as you like Mileena, I love her victory pose in the Challenge tower. "GRRR" then strike a pose lol. I wish they would add the Mk 2 and 3 win poses. That would be awesome

I had never actually seen Kintaro's victory pose until I saw this video.

Anyway, It usually depends on the character for me. I could watch Sub-Zero's classic fatality all day, but I'm not a huge fan of Kitana's fatalities so I'll usually just end with a fan throw and get a nice animated wink in my direction. Sometimes I do babalities with Smoke since his is the only babality code I remember, but I also do fatalities with him. I never do Cyber Sub-Zero's fatalities, I never liked them (seriously, when did he start using throwing stars?) I always do stage fatalities, though.

Quan Chi is one of the most fun character : his X-Ray is the most cool one, his poses between matches are cool, even when he is defeated in some round, and his victory pose is so badass ...... hehe XD

I think Quan Chi and Johnny Cage were designed to be sort of "joke characters"; one punches people in the nuts, the other makes them walk like zombies, monkey stomps on people, and has the ONLY fatality that continues after a set amount of time.

I usually just go to win poses or do babalities, but it depends on who I'm using with Reptile, Kenshi, and Noob I can't resist doing the fatalities that embarrass the opponent
