With the costumes going the way they are going, what do you think - or hope- that the costumes will have in store for the next game?

My favourite character is Mileena, and my favourite part about her is her face - so I hope that in the next game there is an opportunity to play her without her veil as a starting costume, but with a bit more clothing. Although I personally loved her flesh pits costume, it fit with the story and it was just SO over the top, i remember laughing and shouting at the screen saying "WHAT?!" when I unlocked it - I thought it was just so ridiculous but wonderful at the same time.

I'm also hoping that Scarlet becomes more developed and perhaps that Tanya gets brought back.

I'd love to see more human versions of Cyrax and Sector too!

How about you?
 
Gotta disagree with ya, Metal. I want bald Kano back with a classic take on his costume as at least an alt.

New:
Tanya- I'd want her to have a dominatrix-like outfit similar to her MK4 alternate but more lace and leather.

I'm looking forward to other designs as well.

Don't get me wrong, Kazzy, I don't mind having some classic stuff appearing in MK10 again, and I wouldn't be against seeing the non-ninja characters get some classic love since that wasn't the case for MK9, but I really want to see MK10 stand seperate from MK9 and the OG series and actually feel like a brand new MK game, and not just a throwback to the series' golden days.

Obviously, new outfits alone aren't going to change that, but it definitely helps
 
Also, MK1 Kano, MK1 Raiden, Li Mei in an oriental kimono, Reiko as a punk rocker, Cyborg Skarlet, and Cyborg Reptile.

If these characters return:
Kung Lao's MK3.
Kabal's MK3.
Stryker as a leather daddy cop. (Buttless leather chaps, a leather thong/Brazilian trunks/jockstrap, a leather harness, and boots.)
Jade in some sexy tribal outfit. (Almost like Mileena's 3rd outfit.)

I'd also like to see classics like:

MK1 Raiden
MK3 Bald Kano
MK4 Fujin
MK4 Reiko
UMK3 male ninjas - since they didn't make it on the PS3 and 360 for MK9
MK4 / MK:SF Tremor ;)


Aside from those classics, I'm also hoping that Sub-Zero gets a new redesign for his costume, if he comes back.
Not shredder, not UMK3, not cyborg, not maskless.
Just a cool redesign to his costume overall.

It's not that I don't like the classic outfits, lol, like I said, I just want to see NRS go beyond all that and give the characters fresh, updated looks

If liu is in the next game I would like to see something more vigilante-like (and no I dont mean like a super hero costume) seeing as he will probably still be good but wont be friends with Raiden
