Boon hints at Xbox 360 exclusive on twitter?

it hasnt been "confirmed", only boon saying some stuff that you shouldnt take for granted. until we see it there is no exclusive content for xbox. and i am getting the game for xbox. stop being so much of an asppained fanboy and wait.

HUUUUR DERP the full roster was confirmed with files with all their respective endings, that including kabal and quan chi. that is confirmed, stupid assclown. existing files =/= words from ed boon's mouth

From the first version of the game, Richard Cranium. We have no idea how much they have changed, or even if those files were true. We just have what NRS has told us, and they lie.

It could be taken a couple different ways, but the way I read it was that they just aren't able to speak on the 360 stuff yet. WB and Sony are obviously trying to push this game to be bought on Playstation 3, but that doesn't mean that the 360 has no exclusives to make fans feel equal. It's very possible that they just aren't allowed to talk about the 360 version stuff until the game is about to be released or afterwards, thus effectively giving PS3 the edge on pre-orders and whatnot. After the game is already released, then once they talk about 360 exclusive DLC, be it a stage, character, or whatever...it won't effect sales, but it'll please fans of the 360 to know they are getting something exclusive as well.

This could be the case, and it's how I interpreted the comment. Boon has also said in the giantbomb interview that there will be something for 360 owners, and everyone will be happy in the end. That alone should prove enough that there is something, regardless if the twitter post was referring to it.
 
Go do your research. Hector Sanchez himself that the xbox 360 WILL BE RECEIVING EXCLUSIVE CONTENT. It's in one of these threads around here. Go look it up and stop your b*t**ing.

I understand your point of view. PS3 gets and outsider and no DLC Rain day 1. Xbox gets no outsider character and MK Rain DLC day 1.
What I said may be a lil biased. I just really dont want Master Chief or Marcus Fenix as the exclusive, since theyre both shooters, and well I really not a fan of Halo or Gears. Just speaking my opinion.

If the 360 did get an exclusive, Id say Spawn or the Big Daddy off of Bioshock. I would mention Ryu Hyabusa but MK has enough ninjas.

But what would he mean by that then in your opinion? Why would he single out someone asking about a 360 version, and say that? It has something to do with PS3 vs 360, its not just general info he is talking about. There is a reason why sony is getting all the love and 360 has been in the dark.

To me it sounds like one of two things, especially since there has been no info on the 360 demo.

A) Sony bought out WB for early or exclusive demo, early promotion time? IDK just some kind of head start over the 360.

or

B) MS has something in store for 360 owners, and they dont want to announce it yet. Or maybe they dont know if it will be included or not, which means they cant announce anything. They cant put out the demo because something that might or might not make it into the game is in the end video after you get to goro. (like how you see Kratos at the end of the PS3 demo) Cant show that footage if its not 100% going to make it in the game. At the same time you dont want to release a demo that doesnt show off any exclusive stuff that will end up in the finished game.

I really dont know.

OK seriously you guys, if you can afford your xbox360, home hi speed internet service, xbox live gold, AND games, you can afford a ps3. a refurb is like 220.00 just trade in some stuff, the ps3 has free online. its ridiculous how much you guys argue about getting screwed. netherrealm hates 360 waaaah. seriously?? exclusive content has been around for ages for specific consoles. hardcore fighting gamers play/prefer ps3 because of the awesome controller. FPS hardcore gamers play 360. the dpad on 360 is awful. get the new silver controller its pretty good. so chill out and be happy the game wasnt banned in the US.

And then we wouldn't be able to play: Halo, Gears of War, F.E.A.R. (still Xbox/PC, right?), and such. Not to mention that we would have to wait almost a year to play Bioshock Infinite :P

For all the times in the past that the 360 got exclusive content, or demos that the PS3 will NEVER see...the amount of whining in here is getting pretty tiring.

You ARE getting a demo....you ARE getting some sort of exclusive content...yeah it sucks you have to wait, but this scenario rarely happens and it's usually the PS3 owners that get the shaft and have to wait forever for content, or might not even get content that you guys get.

For craps sake...
 
Fact: both systems are getting demo, PS+ members got it early. Everyone else just have to wait

Fact: there will be an xBox exclusive character. We just have to wait who that would be, he said it would be "something xBox owners will be happy about".

the first two F.E.A.R. games are available for PS3, the 3rd is releasing the same day as the PC and 360 versions, and where the heck did you see that BioShock Infinite is coming to 360 first? (especially after BioShock 2 released the same day as the PC and 360 versions?)
