Anyone else find this hard?

I dont know what it is, but I cant do any moves that require 2 buttons to be pressed simultaneously. Mainly the 1+2 ones or the 3+4.
I have to move my hand around the controller to press them simultaneously and itsa really annoying as some characters (Aka Baraka and Sheeva) Require their use as part of a combo. Its really irritating me. Anyone got any tips for this sort of thing?

No problems whatsoever, I can press both with one thumb. Maybe you should switch to an arcade stick, it might be easier for you to press buttons simultaneously.

if you dont want a stick :
I know this isnt the BEST thing for mk9 but its my favorite pad its called a razer onza

the buttons are realy flat and responsive and if you have a good memory under pressure you could program the extra buttons to work as 1 and 2 its like doing the xray

he didnt ask if anyone found it easy, he asked if they found it hard, reaver do you find anything hard? obviously not

Depends on who Im playing with if CSZ after a freeze I'll change my hand orientation so I can press with middle and index finger after the launch I switch back. Other characters I just kind of HOPE I press it correctly with my thumb. LOL

I heard of a fellow changing the layout of his controller like this here(PS3 notation someone pls update for the Box):

FK: Triangle
FP: Square BK: Circle
BK: X

This way he wouldnt have to worry about the thumb placement. Any move with 1+3 he could use throw button up top.

when doing Quan Chi's skull crush combo, the way i do it is by pressing both buttons with one thumb, it is hard at first but as you practice the combo, the thumb placement is burned into muscle memory.

I play on PS3 and sometimes, do to that motions I press both buttons with my thumb, in some cases I change all my hand posture to press the buttons with the index and middle fingers using the thumb as a pivot.

But in most of the cases I do a little tap to both buttons and it counts as a simultaneous press (like, slide quickly the thumb over the two buttons)
