That explained the speed. It was confirmed in the Story Mode. Didn't explain the blast or the razors.

Hehe, if you choose to believe that, then sure. It makes less sense than Johnny's lore-canon reason to how he gained his powers, and though you belittle his reason, you seem alot more acceptive of Kabal's reason.

I'm not saying it's a good reason, but it's a reason nonetheless. I personally don't really care. It's a video game. Most of Mortal Kombat doesn't make sense at all.

Haha, ive never thought about it, but kabal is defnitely the most hodge podge random character in the game. He is a very ecclectic variety of things, all while not managing to have much depth.

Nonetheless he is always among my favorites to play and i hope he returns.

I think it's more repulsive that Kabal , one of the series most badass and respected characters is simply being compared to a nobody from an unpopular MK game.

I can deal with some very poor character choices that NRS have made in MKX, cause Kenshi coming back boosted my hype, but Kabal is the final one missing for me, hope he makes it, or at least DLC.
