About Noob's Ending..

In Noob's ending it says that Noob faced off against the original Sub-Zero, which since Noob IS the Original Sub-Zero, I'm guessing it was just a spiritual thing, something along those lines anyways. It said that after the fight they combined and formed a new person that was neither Sub-Zero nor Noob Saibot, it was a new person.

Could this be a potential character in MK8?

well its only if that was the real ending, which i doubt it was. Im guessing the real ending is the one taven has at the end of konquest. So this would have never happened. Its pretty confusing though.

This is why they need to make more endings that take place before or while the main boss is being defeated. For example, it would be more interesting if Noob Saibot's "conscience" had attacked him while scaling the pyramid, and his bi-spirits began to face each other, and the victor would have been Sub-Zero, which I'm pretty sure it was.
I'm also assuming this ending is cannon, because Sub-Zero's ending depicts him as having the Elder God's champions sent after him to kill him, so it only makes sense that, while one dies, the other lives.
On the other hand, Boon could pull something to where there's like an Icy Wraith and the regular Sub-Zero, like in Mortal Kombat Trilogy.

this is the only thing i hate about mortal kombat. you have to wait until the next game comes out to find out the story. because even though there are 62 endings...we have no idea what's true and what's not. some of them go together, some of them cancel others out. some of them don't make sense no matter what....who knows?

But this game proves that even if we do wait until the next game we'll have no idea what happens! They didn't explain Deception at all in this game!

The game and endings for the characters was sorry anyways.... Don't get your hopes up.... Lets just wait and see what happens in the next installment.

I think the endings are good so far. I Beat the game with everyone on the top row then Kabal and Stryker. I think they are pretty kool, but don't really resolve any endings and there are lots of plot holes.

You make me a sad panda.

They said this is the last tournament on current consoles, and with the current characters, not the last game. I'm pretty sure that Boon is probably just going to remake all the current characters. Say hello to Kang Chi.

The fact that Shoa Kahn and Onaga are in the same room and Onaga isn't the ruler of Outworld would have to mean someone defeated him, or ruined his plans. Because clearly all did not go well for him.

yeah, If Onaga who was acting all bad in MKD, is force to ally with Khan vs the forces of Good, does tell one that Some one defeated Onaga, and Onaga is on his last chance to rule the realms here.

And seeing how Scorpion is upset that he was cheated, as he claims he complete the Elder Gods's wishs leads me to belive Scorpion may have stop Onaga in merging the realms. All guess work from Konquest.

Well, Scorpion might not have necessarily defeated Onaga. But perhaps subdued him while others helped? That could explain why the Elder Gods totally screwed him over. Not that being undead is a bad thing. They get fire powers now!

Come on, in old myths, Gods screw over Mortals or (Or Ghost in this case) ALL the time.

Hera seems to want to tortue any mortal whos beuty could rival the Gods(Even though they only have thsos looks for a while)

Zeus likes to strike Guys down with his thundar bolt. Hades even cheated a guy out of his wife in the Underworld.

I sure these Elder Gods had something up there sleeve. Always playing Jokes on us Mere Mortals for there boredom.
