Sad thing is that ??? was right in our face the whole time, we just didn't believe it.
freddy is an abomination... an ABORTION.
that is all... well that's how i feel. NRS should at least give an option in the menus to turn off guest characters in the ladder & in lobbies. what do you think about the fourth & final DLC character being freddy krueger, as opposed to one of your favorite mk characters that may not have made the game that is arguably, the game we've been waiting for since the original arcade releases?

I cant believe some of the reactions from you guys. And screw anybody that doesnt get the FREE compatablity pack just so their MK isnt "plauged" by Freddy. I should be able to use the people that I pay for even if it gets your pannies in a bunch. These are the same people that were whining about people not having the Rain or Kenshi compatabity pack smh. And to the people complaining about buying the season pass, you get Freddy FOR FREE. You werent jipped out of any money at all. You payed 15 dollars for 3 people just like everybody else and you can get Freddy for free if you want. I hope I get really good with Freddy and destroy with him. I think they pulled him off perfectly too. He has a HUGE creepy factor and his fatalities are GOLD. I cant wait for this release.

I found out like 15 minutes ago. And man.....Jajajajaja. Boon did it, he's THE MAN.
Smart money was they (NRS) were not gonna "waste" all the media attention that comes with the SDCC by announcing someone like Shinnok, Fujin, Reiko, Tanya or the boring Cyber Smoke. Although I never thought I'd see Freddy Krueger in a MK game.
I couldn't care less about the so-called "purists", like many here, I've been playing MK since 92 and I'm downloading Freddy. I'm so gonna enjoy sending all the Scorpion/Ermac/Noob/Sektor/Smoke/Sub-Zero/Kitana/Stryker teleport/clone/fans/gun spammers straight to hell. And also the "players" who only know how to to dash forward and perform one, ONE combo sequence 88 times per round.

Same here ima be sitting in training and ladder for 2-3 hours to get some 8-12 hit combos learnt and then start busting em on ppl online

i love his moves in the trailer. i like the glove running across the screen. i like his fire teleport thing. i really like that he puts you into a dream (about 58 seconds into the trailer). and i LOVE when he goes "shh!" before his throw.

Jejejeje, nah, just that. But that in all honesty, I rarely face a Kitana or Stryker spammer (although I did face a Stryker spammer yesterday). 99% of the time is any of the other guys listed.

Yeah his first fatality looks amazing. Its from the bed scene.
from the originals or the remake? i havent seen the new remake yet... guess ill be doing that tomorrow!

I saw his gameplay and I actually think he will be awesome, I just think having an outside character as 4th DLC is a bit of a disappointment, regardless. Would have been nice to see another kombatant return but, whatever, 99% of the people who say Freddy is a shit choice will play as him and log in to say how awesome he is. His gameplay looks sick and his fatalties are awesome.

2. We already know that Unmasked Sub-Zero (with Classic Sub-Zero Costume) will be one of the skins. The other one we don't know yet.

And to be serious, there is no point in commentig his presence as DLC anymore (it happened and there's nothing we can do), but I must say that he looks like average K-A-F, NRS could done him better, now it's just a waste of slot/time. Let's forget him and wait for another DLC chars.
