2nd "Fight" character Introductions

Is it just me, or do you think that each character should have had at-least two different "fight" introductions. I mean, I kinda get tired of every-time I start a match, the character saying the same thing, over & over again. example, I believe soul calibur 4 had two introductions for every character, maybe even three. I mean how many times do I have to hear noob siabot say "fear me", or johnny cage say "I make this look easy".

Anyone agree? And what kind of introductions would you like to hear from some characters.
 
Id like SubZero to say "Feel the Cold Embrace of Death" as a second intro, thats what Bi Han Sub says to sonya in Story mode, or at least he could that when you use Bi Han's alternate costume.

Agreed, i think there needs to be more intro/winning animations. Its one of only a few gripes i have with the game.
 
Liu Kang's intro always sounds like he's spittin' game at his opponent.... Show me watcha can do....(wink wink... nudge nudge...)
 
It would have been cool to see another intro; as for ideas:
Kabal's intro could be like one Raven has in Tekken 6, when he runs past the character and when the character turns back, Kabal's behind them and does that laugh from his X-ray. Reference video from (0:08-0:13):


Worse intro for me is Sonya's though, no incorporating her specials or nothing; she just comes running out of nowhere...
 
Kano: Let's get this over with.
Johnny Cage: This will finally get me that Oscar!
Raiden: You are no match for a God!
Liu Kang: You can't withstand the power of the Shaolin!
Scorpion: You will burn in Hell!
Noob: You will fear your own shadow! (lol)
Sonya: No need for backup.
Goro: Four arms are better than two.
Shang Tsung: Bwahahaha! (can't get enough of his laugh)
Reptile: Hsssssssss!

that would be a sick one. It wouldn't have been hard from them to make him an intro saying that in arcade mode.
It just seem lazy for them to only have one intro per-character.

I know, I don't like how whenever im Sub zero I say 'This fight will be your last!" 10 Times in Arcade.
 
Some people might say "if your tied of hearing the same intro, then just skip it."
But I enjoy watching the intros before fights, it's like a cool mini cinematic that gets you pumped before the fight.
 
It'd be cool if they had character specific intros, Scorpion saying something to Sub-Zero for example. Along with yes it'd be nice for different intros period. First time I saw them cool, most the time I skip them all now.
 
I think instead of more startup animations, it would be better for them to greet each character differently. That would be awesome :D Or like victory stance / words be different with each person.

That'd be cool, SZ saying to Noob in his intro, "We meet again brother" and Noob saying "We share blood we are not brothers"

Yeah, that's not happening. Period. That's 750 (give or take, depending on the console, DLC not withstanding) different combinations that would need to be coded, voiced and animated. And that's why I believe it was Boon who said, although it would have been cool, it would have been too much work.
 
Sub-Zero- "Now you will feel death's cold embrace..."
Sektor- "I am more deadly than the dawn!"
Baraka- "My blades will find your heart!"
Scorpion- "My clan will walk the earth once more."
 
Okay, normally I just skip them, as I just want to get the match going, so I may have simply not noticed before, but for sure, last night while playing I noticed that Cyrax and Sektor DO have alternate intros when they have their alternate outfits. Does anyone know if it's just those two, or does everyone do that?
