was originally gonna be the reward for the akemi lineart but Jolt was a tough bastard to get done

if you were the only survivor of a recently massacred city then yeah you would probably be bitter, merciless, and violent towards ferals like she is

and finally working on Akemi

it's gonna be a wake up call though

also to give you a hint on how dark she is beneath that exterior

even dr schifrin and Jolt will be morally appalled at her brutality
that should tell you something

With this character she brings to light the morality of killing Ferals

while most of the cast will rather bring them down non lethaly Kara (the new OC) prefers to out right kill them seeing them as irredeemable monsters that need to be put down her backstory will bring to light why she does this and why she has such a venomous hatred for them

abilities: she has a darkness affinity that allows her to literally leech off of the negative emotions and "inner evil" of other beings that increases her strength, endurance, speed and there is no outright limit to the amount she can absorb but ineffective against opponents who are doing things that can be considered noble or have a positive emotion the dominate part of their being EX. she won't be able to leech off of a feral that is fighting her to protect other ferals or effectively fight a feral who's dominate emotion is hope

yeah cause the person in question really wanted to do something with the character but didn't really know what so i kinda decided to play nice and help make an alternate version of her for HYO and is probably the darkest hero of the lot

yep and JYO officially has a new character to join the roster

the one good thing about photshop a million and one ways to get that one result

i prefer the method of blending options since i only need 1 extra layer to pull it off

pretty damn quick if you use blending options then outer glow on the layers

the surprsing part is that the shit is so mad easy you can do it without a tablet

also a rare instance of mindless fun on photoshop
