People never gonna get over the fact that the majority of MK fans are casual huh? Lol, they love guests and NRS knows it. Couple them with the hardcore MK fans who like guests and the purists are vastly outnumbered.

I'm a customer, and NRS has cared for my needs oh-so well. I would have been so disappointed if the pack was full of nobodies like Sareena or Reiko, no offense to fans of theirs.
 
If Fujin does not return in MK11 on the main roster or DLC then I think his chances are 1 to none now. I guess I have to wait until 2019 now.
 
I wonder if they're going to give a release date. I note that it's a cinematic; there is no dialogue or combat.
 
anyone else praying they didn't up with leaks yet again and that we'll be seeing the real video in the show? (except for the trio though, that's awesome)

lol wow this is the strangest reveal for a mortal kombat game. It like nrs and WB cant figure out which crowd their making this game for anymore. The return of secktor, cyrax and robo smoke is the only thing that makes me remotely interested IMO. Alien is going to be broken as hell tho. I wish nrs would make a different game for these guest characters and get it out of their system.

I feel incredibly disappointed myself. I mean, I'm all for iconic guests but keep it to a freaking limit, it's an mk game afterall, now this game will have 4 guests? really? and as for the other two, I do love the cyborg x3 and did expect it if they wanted cyborgs (didn't really see them picking just one when they could go for it with the variants and satisfy all people) but.. bo rai cho? freaking really? at this point I don't even care about Rain but feel angry and frustrated for so many people requesting Fujin over and over and getting this fat failure instead
 
Hype aside, did you guys check out Triborgs color scheme? He's grey and blue, like Sektor's clones in the comic. I wonder if that's his background.

I really wanted Fujin, but I will accept Bo as a substitute. I loved his cameo in story mode and I'm keen to see how he plays. I cannot fathom the decision behind Leatherface, though. Alien I get, even if I have zero interest in the franchise/character, but Leatherface is just outright ****ing dumb.
 
My opinions:

- f*** guest characters, I really don't care for this sales. Comercial spots that take away legitimate MK chars.

- Bo' Rai Cho: HAHAHA I will like to see that.

Cyborgs:

- Pretty nice that they kept MK9 koncept.

- ****ING SEKTOR CAME BACK!!!!!!!!!

- Cyrax is back, and PLEASE, start making the comic more ridiculous (I knooooooow, Kittelsen already hinted and that could be flashbacks)


- WHERE THE HELL IS FUJIN? I can't believe this spots of guest chars seriously...of course they will say "you have three chars into one!", but I don't buy this BS talk.

- Serioulsy: there will be a KP3 or NRS doesn't know how to sell to MK fans (no offense, and it's not because I do want Fujin, but the majority of people want him, if they put Alien and Leatherface because *sales* then what the hell).

I hope he has a cooler name than "Triborg." Just sounds odd.

He's the only one that I might get if and when they showcase these characters off in the future.

Guess I kinda nailed it when I said last night that I hope they release characters that not too many would even expect. 3 out of 4 characters? Not that I want a cookie for saying it or whatever, I just like that they didn't cave into demands. I mean, wasn't X's roster made up of demanded characters to begin with?

I'm more disappointed at the Tri-borg and 2 guests.
At least Bo Rai Cho is a post-MK3 character and not just more Trilogy stuff or guests.
While I would have preferred Fujin over the other 3, I'll give Bo Rai Cho a chance.
 
Haha i'm starting to be in denial. This must be a Boon joke and he will reveal the real pack (including Fujin) at the awards.

triborg may not be new per se but it is something new in terms of execution and it is three characters in one. as for Bo, I'd be more than happy to support post mk3 choices that are worthy such as Fujin, Havik, Reiko and a few others but since they went with one more MK fighter, why the hell not pick Fujin -.- the requesting was so high for him, not Bo
