Sareena is the only female I want in KP2. I would've asked for Skarlet if DLC buyers actually APPRECIATED one of the foremost defining characteristics of MK.

Honestly, and this is going to sound silly, but I really don't want Li Mei to return because of her ending in Deception. I felt like they purposely destroyed a perfectly great character by making her turn into a dragon fvcker.
Because of that ending, I don't think I'll ever appreciate this character because I'll never get that implied ending out of my head.
I would really like to see the other three characters in more over Li Mei. They would have do something awesome with her to ever make me appreciate the character again. But as of right now, no, I don't want her to return as a DLC character. Nope. And I also don't want to hear anyone try to convince me otherwise to like her or give her another chance or whatever. Nope, not going to listen.

Well you don't have to like Li Mei, but I will at least say this. First and foremost that took place in the old universe. Second the ending wasn't remotely canon and finally Li Mei was affected by the curse Shang Tsung and Quan Chi placed on her. Li Mei would not had betrayed her friends otherwise

Don't worry about that. If the comics do what they have been doing so far, they may destroy Onaga so much that his ashes will be something so non-canon that Li Mei will start dating Torr.

Yeah. Poor straight macho guys being deprived of more sausage, like they don't already have a lot of it. Lol. But all DLCs being male would not be an issue with them. Heh.
Anyway, even though these four are the likeliest female DLCs, I think this poll should have added every existing female characters. Li Mei's my most wanted one, but after her, any of the others could do, though Frost's one of my least wanted ones (even then, I think she's still got potential.
Skarlet in the comics had a new design, and I've read Sheeva does, too. I wonder if that makes them likely DLC. And yes, I know about the "not paying for the same DLC twice" thing, whatever. Skarlet would be worth paying for again, imo.

Most people would probably want those characters, to be playable in MKX, because they are more popular.
It has noting to do with the sex of the character, but rather the popularity of the characters.
I wish that people would stop trying to turn every damn thing into a sexist, racist or -phobic argument, when that's not the intention.
If it was an all female cast of DLC like Sonya, Kitana, Mileena and Tanya in MKX, then I would disagree with [MENTION=17968]Cryo[/MENTION] and say that an all female cast of DLC would be a good business move.
That's not the case, though.
Who do we have left from the females that would sell well as DLC, aside from maybe Sindel?
Jade? Confirmed dead and unplayable for MKX, way back.
Sareena? As much as I want her as DLC, unfortunately Sindel trumps her in popularity.
Li Mei? Again, not as popular as Sindel.
Skarlet? She was in 4th place for sales as MK9 DLC.
Sheeva? Terrible. Won't sell.
Ashrah? Aside from the few of us hardcore fans, most people would say "Ashrah? Who?"
Kia or Jataaka? Again, aside from a few of us , most would people would say "Who?"

Had Sonya, Kitana and Mileena been KP1 and not on the main roster, they would have sold like hot-cakes as DLC.
I personally don't care for those 3, but there are a lot of people who do.

I always found Fujin's gameplay much more enjoyable than I did any of the female characters in previous games.
Does that mean that I didn't try they out or give them a chance? No.
It just means that their gameplay didn't interest me.
Jacqui and D'Vorah are my exceptions in MKX.
I also gave those 2 a chance (as I have before with previous female characters before), but I ended up liking their gameplay.

It's true that a lot of the female characters don't have the same wow factor as compared to a lot of the male ones but sadly not much can be done about it. One can only hope that NRS gets better at developing their females. MKX has already taken a step in the right direction, so we're (hopefully) only getting better from here.
