[SPOILER] Everything about story mode. Pics, videos, discussion, etc.

I asked this question before, but was ignored.

Did Bo' Rai Cho die in story mode? I'v re-watched the end a few times now and can't figure it out.

I must know.

Spoiler:
Difficult to say. He got his ass wooped, but still isnt really clear did he survived or not. But Shinnok said to not kill him yet, so maybe he is still alive.

Right.

But when Shinnok says "Don't kill him", they start to beat on Raiden. So wasn't he telling them not to kill Raiden?

Oh...maybe your right. Still, after Shinnok unleashed the amulet power on poor guy, Bo Rai Cho moved his head. As I said, its ambigues.

Just noticed, when Bo' Rai Cho's laying on the ground, Shinnok tells Raiden,

"When he dies, I will claim his soul."

Just noticed another thing. When Raiden is laying on the ground, the revs go and beat on Bo' some more. You can see him move around while getting stomped on.

He's alive!! :dancing2:

That's really cool, but I hope this doesn't mean that Erron is dead. He and Kotal have probably gotten the most positive response out of all the newcomers.

I don't think that deaths have a meaning in the MK universe after all the MK9 returning characters(even as cameos). U know why? Take Shinnok's head, put it in the pit at Quan Chi's Fortress and there ya go...

The title "Mortal Kombat" seems more and more ironic. Even mere humans are in fact immortal, and through all the story berely anyone dies for good.

I really doubt it, especially with how it looks like Jax dies there, too. I wouldn't take any of these endings as canon except for when they get into character backgrounds like Erron's.

I don't think that's how it works. It really looked like Quan Chi was the only capable of activating it.

some of therse ending connect with each other endings is that to make it cannon and set up for mk11

Liu Kang and Shang Tsung's MK9 endings connected, as did Jax and Kano's, but none of them are canon. I think the vast majority of these aren't going to be canon, either.

raiden ending is also connected to kotal ending

yeah that true but i have feeling that raiden and kotal and liu and kitana will be cannon since the post creid scene points to that

I would agree, but the same was also the case for MK9.
Both Jax & Kano and Shang Tsung & Liu Kang had related endings.

God damnit, Harpoon too quick with the facts
