Everyone only has 4 fights. I assume Scorpion's last fight is against either Quan Chi, or Kenshi. If it's Kenshi, we might flash back to the point where they first become friends and then cut back to present day where Scorpion kills Quan Chi with a QTE fatality.

Plausible, yes. But improbable, in my opinion.

I did catch that cut scene where Scorpion was marching on to Subzero (in his chapter), and Kenshi was on the ground, saying something about leaving the withered sorcerer alone to die or something - but he simply marched on. Then subzero hosted him, frost tried to attack but was frozen by SZ. Then he revealed Cyrax's memories or sth, showing Quan Chi as the true murderer of his family.

Either the order of the cutscene was messed up in this vid, or that part is just left out entirely. We'll see soon enough :/

He wasn't marching on to Sub-Zero when Kenshi was talking to him there, that was a flashback.

The overall presentation of story mode is superb. NRS has once again raised the bar when it comes to story in fighting games.

I mean hell, Revenant kung lao looks the best he's EVER looked. Kung Lao has always looked like generic annoying garbage to me, every game, from MK2 to MK9. But his revenant costume in MKX seriously makes me want to play it. I mean look at this badass shit. Wow. Kudos to NRS. This is one of my top 10 favorite costume designs they've ever done.

Kotal Badass' chapter was the best by far. LOL @ Ermac moving one box at a time though, and Rain just standing there while that skinny midget Mileena was getting her ass beat. He only started to fight when Kotal made an insult. Priorities, man.

The writing of the story mode is much better than MK9 but the comics still outshine it.
Kittlesen's doing a fantastic job.

I didn't say it was wrong.
I found it hilarious. There were only two of them left. Two versus one. The skinny midget ran in first, failing to show off the "realistic" "agility", and Rain just stood there not giving a damn. I thought Mileena was an..."empress"? When she got her ass beat and thrown off the tower, nope, still no damns given. It's only when Kotal pushed the pseudo-god button, that made Rain mad enough to start the fight.
In my book Rain was a badass. Only topped by Kotal Badass.
