Also, while people were busy debating how "terrible" or "bland" or "boring" those 2 characters (that they have yet to play as, nonetheless) are to them, they seemed to have missed the fact that Jax is speaking on the phone with Jaqui about her being over-protective of him (which implies the 20 to 25 year mark of the story) and then goes to show Jax fighting a still revenant Kitana and Kung Lao.

It's safe to assume that not all the characters (Kung Lao, Kitana, Jax and Kuai-Liang) all get freed at once in the story mode, no?

I didn't like anything about this trailer. Not one bit.

However MK in Italian seems to be really entertaining.

Story wise she seems like a sidekick character. Just like her father. I like her air rockets though. Hopefully she is something more. Both of them really. Jax was one of the favorites in mk3.
 
well this is a disappointment, I was totally expecting jax and his daughter to hype me up.. oh wait, I didn't
 
Out of everything they have revealed in MKX so far, these two are by far the most boring, awful and uninteresting characters yet. Complain about 3D era all you want. Id much rather have Darrius, Dairou, Nitara, hell even Daegon over these two. Seriously Jax needs to F off forever. I have no idea why they keep putting him in these games. No one is going to buy a Mortal Kombat game for fn Jax
 
I'd like to see a game play breakdown on these two, but they look pretty great based on this trailer.

First time I've been hyped for Jax.

Your right. The FANS are the ones the roster should revolve around, seeing as how THEY are the ones buying the game.

And the majority of the FANS want Noob, Cyrax, Sektor, Fujin, and Smoke to be in the game FAR MORE than these weak ass, bland as hell characters!!!

That's a FACT. There is EXTREMELY MORE demand for the characters I listed to be in the game by MK FANS compared to Jacquie and Tanya. FACT. So we FANS have every right to complain! So stop whining about us expressing our right!

The fact that these lame, bland, boring as f*** characters stole the last character slots over Noob, Cyrax, Sektor, Fujin, and Smoke is a disgrace to the majority of the FANS!!!

I thought I was the only one who notice. My man Takeda gave jaqui the "you gonna learn today" look lol (anyone who is a Kevin hart fan will get that reference:) )

So I've said it once and I'll say it again I've never been a big fan of Jax. That doesn't mean I hate him tho. It's cool that his fans can play as him again and if the want can play as jaqui too..... Also Jax fatality. And Jaquis x ray look painful

Fan demand goes a long way, but it's NRS' game, and their input is integral. Fans can't be the ones running the show, and there's plenty of fanservice in this game. I don't see any legitimate reason to complain.

You have plenty of ninjas and cool-factor characters in the game. Some people prefer normal human characters like Sonya, Johnny, Jax, etc, and they should have their characters as well. Like I said, NRS is trying to please as many as possible, while also making the game they want to make. People should be thankful for a series that doesn't shit on its fans; it's incredibly rare these days.
 
It's Definitely starting to look like Sub-Zero's chapter is just him beating up the four kids. I REALLY hope I am wrong.
Also, it really does look like Jacqui is whacking Ermac in storymode.
 
The entitlement is strong in this thread. NRS makes the game in order to maximize sales. Casual fans make sales. Strong, macho, MURICA, cool dude = sales.

On another note, I haven't even watched the video, I'm currently in class.

That would be pretty dumb, albeit a decent way of introducing the new characters by showing that they suck and need to develop as fighters. I just wish it wasn't Sub-Zero. They couldn't give that to Drill Sergeant Jax?
