Yeah... Erron Black's hype isn't going anywhere for sure. The dude looks and plays too eye-candy. I get some people don't like him or his gameplay, but considering how much love he's been getting, his hype will only increase till release. I can easily seem him on evo top8.
 
Oh man, the only gripe I have with Liu Kang is his bloody fight stance, wtf were NRS thinking?

Exactly, the weird thing is that in the select screen he has a great stance, of a certain asian fighting style but that's just nitpicking. Once you play, who cares how they stand, except for Goro, he needs to be the biggest mf and not hunched over!
 
I meant he doesn't look fun to play as OR against.

I feel the same way. I don't particularly enjoy zoning characters, unless there's something about them that truly appeals to me. Say, if Tanya turned out to be a zoning character, I'd still play her. But there's nothing about Erron that I like. He's not a bad character, I just personally don't enjoy his design or gameplay.
 
Erron Black will be really annoying when playing online and hopefully AI will not be cheesy with him where he will just shoot his guns from afar.

Did they confirm Goro for next time, I've seen it claimed.
 
Damm Erron Black looks great, even better without his hat. Man i was hoping he have a pistol whip move and gun butt with the shotgun.
 
Speaking of fight stances, the only thing I didn't like about Erron is his apparent case of dead arm on his non-dominant hand, depending on stance.

Sticks out as unnatural, just like Ermac's invisible pulley that carries him across the screen.

Yeah, I agree. The rest of the animations are so fluid, the ones that stick out really stick out. Those two are the worst offenders.

He has plenty of pistol whips in his normals. And he sorta has a gun butt with the rifle uppercut (I know that's probably not what you meant).

I can see why you guys would have a problem with it. It does look stiff. I think they were going for a duel-type stance. The rest of his movement looks fine, though, especially his flashy back-dash. And you're almost never standing completely skill, so his idle pose doesn't really matter, right? :)

I do love how his fingers move on his right hand in the idle animation. Nice little detail.

I guess my business effort could be lower than now because of this mobile version of MKX. I don't know what i have to do.. I hope Sodexo will not kick my ass out.
 
NRS have great ideas but there are some that you can't believe it came from the same team.

Everything about Shinnok i love. But why does his best variation he gotta have skeleton arms?Why? Why do they feel the need to have something physically unique for that variation? I don't get why some things look amazing then they just F#ck it up.

Liu Kang and Kitana 2 very iconic characters look great gameplay wise but they both have the worst stance in the game.Why?
