I'm a die hard fan of Frost and even I found that to be biased.

Ok I apologize for pointing something out what I didn't like while REPLYING to someone else on THAT subject. And for stating my opinion and actually spending time on explaining it in detail, so I could properly defend my point. Yep sorry. Didn't mean to sound Biased.

She was taunting her, obviously. She let her ego (look at that w/l ratio) get the better of her.

And I wrote before, that I also decide it was because of ARROGANCE then. The only proper explanation (even so, still don't get it, why did she stopped charging ice ball and even bothered putting her face so close. That is totally asking for punishment).

That whole presentation was just to counter EdenianGoddess statement about Frost being Inferior to Cassie during the fight.

And once again I was ok with Frost losing. Hell I wouldn't have been mad if she died. But come on at least do it PROPERLY.

Hsu Hao had better defeat/death than that.

Well there's nothing to defend. She let her gaurd down, did her monologue, WHOOMP, she lost. You can't change canon events. The writers did what they wanted. There's no point pondering on it any longer. Don't like it? Go write your own ending in the fanfic section.

I found it to be bias because the writers didn't once make Frost look like she was the weaker person by falling the way she did. They perfectly captured her character by showing how her arrogance, once again, costing her something. While monologuing from the villain is dumb in any kind of media, they shouldn't have to extend more pages to make a fight in a comic book look fair for Frost to lose to Cassie. Maybe in your "comics," you show pages upon pages of fights, but they didn't need to make things look more realistic for a human with no super powers take full advantage over someone who has magic abilities, abilities that made her undefeated.

I edit my posts to fix my grammar or style mistakes... As you might have noticed, I am not a native english speaker, so I double check my posts. I tend to believe people prefer to read grammatically correct posts. So keep your accusations to yourself. People can criticize me all they want. Hell I welcome criticism. More fun.

In my comics fights tend to be even shorter, as I do no resort to "let's give villain a monologue, so main character could get enough time to counterattack". I actually believe pages have been wasted on that monologue part and it dropped quality of entire fight. Just make it smart and short. Instead of that cliche "I will give you the story of my life". Hell if she wouldn't have charged her ice ball at first I would just said Frost was dumb as hell. But in this case it was like villain points a gun to shoot and then decides to drop gun on the ground so he could say his monologue. That made it look advanced stupid.

In short I just simply said "I didn't like that part". Now you guys came in like Barracudas and started getting all "salty" over the fact that I expanded my point of view with few pictures.

Kind Sir, do you even like... Read? That whole post (with my "amazing" presentation) was a counter post to the statement of EdenianGoddess about Frost being INFERIOR to Cassie during the fight, then it was actually Frost dominating her. That's all. If anyone is dragging anything here, it is you.

As much as I want Frost in game, I would really hope she wouldn't have that same personality as in original timeline. Then it would be just better not to include her at all.

I am criticizing the goddamn writing. If it were any other character I would have said the same. Dots of text and visual actions didn't connect for me, genius. I don't just analyze comic by the story, but also by the graphic quality, by writing, and many other things. That comes with my job automatically.

Just because it is fiction, doesn't mean people can't get passionate about it. Some gather inspiration from it, others find motivation in that, others find comfort in it, when real world is cruel for them. Just because someone likes something different and maybe likes it A LOT, it doesn't mean it hurts you and if it is so "irritating" then what the f$%k are you doing on the internet in the first place?

It's irritating because this forum should be about the game, not about characters that are missing the cut which is what the main theme for the lead up to release for this game is on this forum. Forgive me if I'm comparing it to the lead up for MK9 on this forum which was much more fun, we all got along for the most part and most of the community here started to get to know each other on a personal level (FB Groups, etc.). This game isn't Mortal Kombat:Frost Returns, its MKX. Its about the generation leap with new faces to carry the MK flag. I'm sorry the writers didn't consult you personally to ask if you would approve of Frost getting full of herself and losing when Cassie took the chance she had. You can still support your favorite character, but this attack on people (Who have no idea who you are!) is insane.

With all due respect I think you're full of shit.
1. I joined this forum right before the launch of MK9 for PC. Did a countdown with everyone and was one of the first ones to make mods.
2. Got interested in Frost only after MKX first announcement trailer.
3. While using those first two points, I will assume you did a piss poor job with your observations.
4. Yeah I created a thread and petition for Frost. Also I usually talk about Frost only in Frost related threads. (Also talked about her in female clothing thread and comics thread when it was relevant) Never attacked a person for liking another character. Never said another person sucks for not liking Frost or telling me that she shouldn't be in the game. I just stated I would like for her to be included in the game. I also love to debate about MKX overall, but news reach me pretty late so I don't really have anything to contribute much to forum. To be honest I don't write here much at all.

Also you make it sound that I blindly scream that Frost is the best thing what happened to MK series and curse anyone who dares to point out flaws in her. Yet I am in the group of people who criticize her original design and only discuss her POTENTIAL.

I didn't condemn the writer (hell I swear I said BLESS HIM) and didn't condemn whole MK universe because of that. I just didn't like some particular miserable f%king part. And I know nothing will change, so I made my peace with that since that chapter has been released. Basically made my peace the moment I read that part. Yes indeed. Developers can do whatever the f%ck they want, but that doesn't stop me from seeing a flaw (which is just my opinion).
