Broken PS3..I think?

I wasn't exactly sure where to post this so I thought it would be here.
So, I knocked my PlayStation 3 on my hardwood floor last month while I was cleaning, and I picked it up, and ever since then, when I try to turn it on, it says 'Storage media not found'
Is there any way to fix this? I've tried taking the HDD out, cleaning it, and returning it, and that didn't help.
Nothing is working on it right now. Anyone know a way to make it turn on and playable again?
I called GameStop and the guy told me over the phone he'd never heard of this before and that they can not repair it.

The only solution I can come up with is to restore the database. I had to do this when I got the impassable corrupted data screen. As a result, all of my data was erased but it's been working perfectly ever since. Give it a try.

I don't think I can even go to safe mode.
I click the red button and it goes directly to a black screen with white text saying 'Cannot Start : Storage Media Not Found'

Update:
I just tried to do the 'Restoring' and going to safe mode, I did everything and it made the beeps, but it went directly to the same screen. 'Cannot Start'

Well, it's definitely a hardware issue. Something is physically broken.
