Okay, right I can totally admit what her outfit does reveal is pretty damn hot. But if they just went a little further it would be better. Again, they did a great job with the face and hair. Just show some ass, seriously. Also, I wonder what her alignment is. Really wanna see what they do with Mileena, Tanya, Skarlet, Jade (let's hope she's back), Sindel (again, let's hope she's back), Ashrah, Li Mei and Sareena (if she's back, nice). I feel like if Kitana's going the good girl route, the evil girls could be a bit more bootylicious. Booty-delicious.

But definitely- her face is awesome. You can tell she's a girl. Last game she had a weird, manly, square face with a pig nose. This new one is very feminine but dangerous as well. She's probably hiding some luscious lips, too.
 
Sonya does have a good chance indeed. I just kinda hope she has a Big Mama presence toward her if she's gonna be aging.

I know Big Mama was in her seventies in Metal Gear Solid 4 and I know Sonya isn't gonna be THAT old in twenty-five years (most likely fifty) , but the presence in general, her looking older but still having the beauty.

Of course I expect her to wear something similar towards her Deadly Alliance secondary (my favorite outfit for her totally).

I've been saying that Sonya has a good chance of being in, as does Johnny, especially given all the hints and clues towards them being playable.
Even with that, people (not you specifically) always give the stupid herp derp reply of "She can't be in 'cause Cassie is in."

Her design reminds me of this exotic south country culture. Dunno why, but then I look at her I get this impression of Persia style. I was kinda expecting that they will show lots of skins as they usually do, but oh boy I was mistaken and damn glad I was. It really fits her. Both style of combat and her character as princess assassin. Get up look exotic and assassin like but also has this royalty feel coming form it as it has this gold decorations on top.

I felt the same. It's an arabic style, persian sure is a good one.

She is in a mix of chinese and arabian, feels royal, threatening.

I loved, really. I'm neutral towards her, but I just wanna play with her once.
 
I don't see the Arabian and Persian influence you guys see. To me it is clearly kunoichi, Japanese female ninja. Her hairstyle could be remniscent of a traditional Chinese hairstyle though, but it's not foreign to Feudal Japan either.

Well just simply different way we see it. To me I see lot of elements regarding persian style. Her top mostly. Pants kinda remind Kunoichi for me, but still looks like something persians would wear. Especially booths. That is de facto persian style for me.

Also super happy no high heel in any kind of form.

The Persian influence comes from the gold/jewelry. And the headpiece she has, plus the make up. Persian style can be considered similar to other Middle Eastern styles but it incorporates more gold jewelery since Islam forbids gold, and much of what differentiates Persian culture from Arab and Turkish is pre-Islamic styles. But she has a very significant Chinese influence as well. I like this- it's an Eastern vibe, but you can't be exactly sure which region her design takes inspiration from. Enough to be exotic, but also somtheing that can be identified as Edenian. I hope they do the same for the other chicks.

Plus, Persian chicks are some of the hottest chicks in the world.

You know, the chinese and arabic culture, in the past, were close one to the other, because of the regions.

She kinda looks more in a royal chinese style, but little designs, like the pendants and the style in a whole gives an persian atmosphere.

Specially with Outworld Market background.

But that's just a feeling!

Persian is not a subtype of Arabic. I've slain too many Persian girls; I know this firsthand. They are far more cultured and worldly than Arabs. A Vedic culture, originating from the Aryan tribes that migrated from Northern Eurasia to India and the Iranian plateau. They have better, stronger and more symmetrical facial features than Arabs, and Semites in general. Very beautiful women, especially when they get nosejobs.
 
Well, to be completely honest, I could be somewhat blinded by my "SHE'S FINALLY A NINJA!!!" fanboyism. :P
I really like ninjas, but the only REAL ninja in MK has always just been Scorpion, and he isn't really being a ninja in the games which is one of the things I dislike about him. So when people referred to the palette swaps as "ninjas", it's always poked me the wrong place. I've come to accept it over time though, not being so fanatic about it anymore.

And since MK2, Outworld was supposed to be a dystopian version of Feudal Japan, and Kitana and Mileena were supposed to be the ninjas of Outworld, but they were actually looked like ninjas. And now Kitana actually does! So I'm holding on to that as much as I can. XD

However, I'll agree on that she looks Eastern inspired at least... but mostly like a kunoichi. ;P

All hope is not lost; Mileena is still to cum. As are the others. Plus, Kitana is a goody-two-shoes, a little thigh is fitting for her- there are alternate costumes I'm sure. I like the body shape and how she's shorter than the males, it's not like one main jacked up model they use for all women.

But, I would really love Kotal Kahn to say to the protagonist "Yes... will you be the one to finally finish me?"

Mileena is the sleazy one of MK, so it's expected.

Here's to hoping that Sonya is dressed like a proper soldier in MKX, as the comic has already hinted at. ;)
