Raiden getting revealed at EVO

Not bad at all. That electric trap move was pretty cool. I might actually give Raiden a shot in MKX. Honestly though, I was more excited about hearing Kotals voice.
 
Like with a lot of characters ,the first time seeing is underwhelming,but after some time,i get to like it(still can`t stand Cassie Cage though).I just wanted a change in appearance.Even the clothing looks the same as MK9.
 
His look looks extremely familiar, like a perfect update to his DA costume. Nice, although i feel like Kotal K's model is far moe detailed, but this is work in development so i'll wait.
 
Raiden revealed. Yey...What a surprise. Whats next, Jhonny and Sonya? Not the ones we actually not sure to see them in MKX or not?
 
@torgonudho Don't be a baby. The fact that Raiden was revealed this early is actually great, that means we have less obvious 'reveals' to look forward to. He was going to be revealed sooner or later, much rather see that happen now.
 
cool reveal but my concern for the 3 styles has only grown with this new footage. it sucks you can only have one style coz all his moves look great but youll never be able to use them all in one fight :(

id rather they just gave all the characters one bigger set of moves. it would still be able to be balanced if they did it right. learning 3 styles with each character just seems like a nightmare to me and just limits the players imagination for combos and stuff :(

Damn, it looks like only one variation of Raiden has a teleport special. His default special moves look like the lightning bolt and Superman.
 
Lol with each character having three unique and different play styles, imagine how huge the MKX strat guide is going to be

At least you got to play casuals, though. Did you play against any super high level players?

And, so I'm not completely off topic, I love the golden trimmings on Raiden's clothes. They're much more notable than in MK9 and make him look regal. It's fitting for his position.
 
Lol, never buy shit from the hotels. Gotta walk to the nearest corner store to stock up on supplies.
 
raiden is the only character reaveal so far that has cool interesting moves. the other characters have not shown anything cool or original at all.
