Rain and Jade? Eh, Rain's too much of a selfish, powerhungry douche and Jade from her attitude in MK9 seems way too strong of a woman to be stuck with someone like Rain lol
I honestly feel for some reason like Cassie Cage might be the only offspring character. Sure Ed said it in a way that made it seem like there would be more but it sounded more like he was just generalizing and trying to be ambiguous.

Considering half the cast from the previous game was butchered by Sindel...

That is my contribution. Because everyone in MK is dead. Mileena is a freak lab experiment who probably can't have kids. Goro & Sheeva are Shokans, who live to be thousands of years old so they don't really need to have kids for a Shokan to be in MKX. Reptile is the only known member of his race so far, unless Khameleon found him after MK9.

Maybe Mileena and Baraka, but since they're both alive and probably have a long lifespan it's just easier to bring them back. Actually that can be said for most surviving characters. If only KItana and Kung Lao could have had children before they died... (not with each other).

I would definitely like to see Baraka return. Hes always been a fav but this game with its dark tone seems like it would be the perfect fit for both him and Mileena.

Remember it´s Mortal Kombat. All the characters have died at least one time, so I won´t be worried about Kitana and Liu being revived....

Yeah but they seem to be taking the story a little more seriously. It would be rather lame if they all came back. And if Kitana and Liu come back for the sake of creating offspring, that would be atrocious.

I would too, and I'm admittedly a Liu Kang/Kitana fan. That being said, however, you have to take Kitana's natural lifespan into account (which I'm sure her offspring will no doubt inherit, even if Liu Kang is the father). If 10,000 years for an Edenian is equivalent to around the 19-30 Earthrealm range, think about how old a 25 year old Edenian would be physically...I'm pretty sure said 25 year old Edenian would still be an infant (and probably still breastfeeding at that). I highly doubt a Kang/Kitana love child would make the roster of THIS game because of the lifespan issue.

How do you know that? I swear Wolverine aged normally until he got to "peak fitness", at which then his aging slowed down dramatically due to his healing factor. The same could be said for Kitana and Edenians in general.

It could be the whole, age normally for the first 20 years then immortal trope so many storylines are fond of. Or maybe they'll go the way of traditional elven lore (in fantasy) where the infant and juvenile stages of life are actually relatively proportional to their extended lifespan. You never really know with these things, and there's no evidence either way as of yet.

I would assume Sindel would be twice Kitana's age. Kitana certainly appears to be at childbearing age.

No, and even if they gave it, would the years she spent buried even count? I mean they resurrected her, so does that make years spent dead count? Or do you just skip that whole period of time? Is it age relative to time itself, or relative to actual states of sentience? Zombification screws everything up...
