MKX Brand new characters. what do you expect?

So, what kind of brand new characters do you expect from the new game.
And what kind of new characters do you want to see?.
New ninjas?, "Theres still some colors no used yet on ninjas" (white) (brown....tremor?)
new humanoids from our earth like Jhonny/Jax/ Sonya/ Striker
New monsters, New realms?
A new sub boss creature?
A new "clan", like red dragoons on Deadly alliance for example.
 
I dont think they are gonna do more ninjas, if they do they might add tremor, but thats highly unlikey.

I think that if they do make a new character its gonna be someone brand new and unique, likely tailored around the story.
 
Frankly, I do not wish too see any brand new characters. It doesn't make sense story-wise as well. I'd rather have them revamp/develop post MK3 characters.

I think most of the new characters (and by new I mean characters that werent in mk9) will be revamped post mk3 characters.

But I also think there will probably be 1 or 2 NEW new characters
 
I can see new characters being...

- an angel, who is the true champion of the elder gods. He joins the fight against Shinnok for now and has another mission assigned too: and that is to stop Shujinko from resurrecting the Dragon King. A replacement of Kung Lao, while Kai is in replacing Liu Kang.
- a new female. Perhaps someone who can use plant-based powers.
- a red dragon member. Unlike Hsu Hao, this one who is an expert with chemical weapons.
- a new earth user besides Tremor
- a female contortion fighter who is from the realm of chaos. Someone like Voldo in his SC3 look.
- a good witch. someone who once knew Shang Tsung
- another necromancer. not like Quan Chi. One who can transform into a lich, vampire & lycan.

I have a theory, and I'm probably wrong, but I have a sneaking suspicion this game takes place after a time skip.

A good chunk of the characters who died in MK9 were mortals who age regularly. What if the returning characters either don't age or are undead, and new characters are the previous cast's descendants. For example: Johnny and Sonya were alive at the end, what if one of the characters was their child?

Again, probably totally wrong, but judging by some of Boon's tweets there's gonna be a lot of new shit to get excited about!
 
As long as they're not clone characters of pre-existing characters and have their own original moves, I don't mind what they are.

I just want more MK info next week.
 
What do you guys mean "new ninjas?" There are no Ninjas in MK. Not a single character is skilled in Ninjutsu and is canon.

I'd like a Ninja character in MK.

Yes, it is. but what you don't get is that it's just some bullshit from in a video game. A Ninja is someone who is skilled in Ninjutsu. Scorpion is not skilled in Ninjutsu. You can tell by merely looking at his fighting style in game.

If someone wears a uniform that somewhat resembles a cop but only loosely, and they have a gun, does it make them a cop? If someone wears a baseball uniform, does it make them a true baseball player? You need the skillset.
