Anyone else bored of this game?

I'm fed up of this game. It's not fun. It's hard to pinpoint why but it's just not fun to play.

I play a lot of fighting games from Street Fighter to Mortal Kombat and have enjoyed them all for longer than Injustice but I'm tired of this game now and won't be playing it any more.

It's just....crap to play. I don't really get satisfactions from wins or even care if I lose.

Anyone else feel the same?

I wish NRS would just concentrate on making MK10 and forget about this.

I bought the season pass and I have yet to download Zod. I never really liked 2D fighting games in which you can make your opponents bounce off the wall for more combos, not a fan of the b3 and f3, that works better in 3d games like Tekken and DOA. IMO, stage interatables belong in Smash, not to mention that they're broken here and favor the power characters. A lot of cut-scenes, they were cool at first, but they got boring real fast.

I'm not too familiar with the DC Universe, but if the current roster is the best they could offer, I know understand why I always liked Marvel better, they have way more interesting characters.

Btw, I think NRS should spend more time on the core gameplay of the game instead of the story mode and those tedious/repetitive missions for their futur games. I might get bashed for this, but a good fighting game doesn't need a story mode.

Its boring because the game plays like this:

Batman, Superman and Aquaman.......oooohhhh Black Adam!!

What usually takes over a year has taken Injustice 3 months, its stagnant. No variety, same combos and it favours keep away.

i wont say im 100% bored but i have to say it does just sit in my system . i mean yea ill play it when the new dlc charachters are out but thats really it other than taking it to a friends and hold a tourney

It was boring right when I first tried out the demo to be brutally honest. I was going to blindly buy it due to it being created by NRS, but I'm glad I did not.

Honestly I'm bored with it at the moment. I'm sick of people tier whoring all the time. Like the above statement suggests , it's Superman , Aquaman , Batman , Black Adam , and you might have some Deathstroke and Scorpion players poking around. I guess Green Lantern as well. Myself being a Lex Luthor main made it fresh for me for a while , but it's always the same shit.

I also agree that a good fighting game does not need a story mode. Having a story is fine , but not a story "mode". And please for future reference ... stop with the little mini mission type things. They are tedious and annoying as hell.

If this game doesn't find a way to evolve , then I will most likely be going back to MK9 even though it's almost completely dead. It's just a better game.

I just play with my nephew. I'm really not focusing on it though. I did but Scorpion, Batgirl, and a few costumes so we can play with a little more enjoyment.

Got bored of it after the first week, during that week I was highly dubious of it and to be honest only bought it because it was made by NRS. I still think if this game wasn't made by NRS and didn't have well known players involved in the development of the game(which is a marketing tactic from NRS) no one would have given a damn. I don't think a lot of the pro's would have cared as much if they weren't involved in the 'balancing' of the game.

I bought the season pass foolishly when Scorpion came out. Had a good morning online with him and really couldn't care less any more. I don't know what I expected really since I'm a Marvel Comics fan instead of DC.

I also notice the game doesn't appear to have done as well as MK did, the few times i have gone online there seems to be a massive difference in the amount of people who were playing MK on release to Injustice to release. When I last played there were less people playing Injustice than there were MK online, around 70-90 for MK, about 60+ for Injustice.

I just think the game feels flimsy when I play it an I hope to god they borrow nothing from it for the next MK game. Let MK be the straight up fighter, when they run out of or are struggling to find ideas for a new MK do the same and bring out Injustice 2.

If they do this time, I won't be buying.

Am I the only one who bought it cause it had DC characters in it?
:|

Yes, lol.

I was hoping that it'd be a good and fun fighting game, but not only is it DC, it isn't fun.

Just like the DC characters.

Lol damn so the truth game out
Everyone flocked to this game hoping for a MK clone but nope.

Now its more disappointing than getting socks on Christmas Day to some lol.

I merely got this game cause, DC .
NRS making it was a bonus for me since I had the experience from MK9

Exactly. I wanted it to be like MK but they ruined it with all these gimmicks like the stage interactions and supers that are awesome, but get old.

So sad.

Shouldn't all Supers in theory get old?

I mean how many times have you seen Ryu's Metsu Hadoken?
Now how many times do you get tired of it?

Spoiler:
A lot cause fvckboys use the fvcking dumbass double punch to confirm it!!!!

I mean, zero cause you know it's part of the game.

oooooooh right the cinematic taking up time.

Ok I get now. Well thankfully in tournament play the only supers you see are Supes and Green Arrow's
Meter Burn everything

I honestly can watch Ken's Shinryuken over and over again. I love all the ultras in SF.

But seeing Zod take some dude through the moon 50 times is ass cheeks.

I don't think I've fully gotten tired of Injustice; whenever I start to, I just take a good break from the game and come back later and the game is almost fresh to me. I haven't even been playing a lot of fighters lately aside from Tekken Revolution, so I'm expecting to enjoy it. Heck, I'm in training mode right now as I type this lol.

I'm about to start playing Injustice again as well.
Took a two week break :proud:

@Shira damnit you that moon smash is hype
"Have some moon rocks fvcker!"

I didn't expect Injustice to be an MK: DC Edition, by any means. In a sense, I respect the fact that NRS was trying to make a different kind of fighting game. However, the game just wasn't my cup of tea.
