Lmao!

Favorite episode!

I loved KOTH's subtle humor.
They didn't need constant fart jokes or celebrity slandering in every episode.
*cough*Family Guy*cough*

One of my favorite quotes:

Peggy: "I am my husband's better half. Because I "better have" dinner on the table when he gets home"

Hey! Seth only does what the manatees tell him to do! ;)

I love both Family Guy and King of the Hill. The Cleveland Show on the other hand....

I hate South Park now.

They took all of the comedy and tried to replace it with shock value.
I used to love that show so much

Greatest man in the history of satirical cartoons!!!

Hey BBBLP

this was my Fav king of the hill moment

I died in laughter

Hank is best when he goes into his 'Slow talking deep voice".
Reminds me of Butthead every time he does it . . .baby.

Haven't watched a new episode in about 3 or 4 years :?

What happens in the season finale???

It used to be alright when it was new, but now its too ****ing preachy and, you're right: relies too much on shock value.

the shock value was what made it famous in the first place. They mostly abandoned that as the series went on. It mostly relies on popular and relevant topics now. Which is starting to get old.

But I say seth mcfarlane tries to hard to preach his ideas through brian. Family guy is way more preachy than south park IMO. and they do a poor job trying to hide it.

Brian is supposed to be the character most like Seth MacFarlane. And you are right, a lot of the political jabs come from Brian.

both Trey Parker and Seth Mcfarlane slide their ideas into the show. I just think they do a better job at it in south park as its usually done in a more sarcastic and satirical way. Where alot of the times with Family guy, its just painfuly obvious. Having Brian (Mcfarlane) just blurt out his opinions isnt something I really care about.
