I say its ok for kratos to be in and not freddy because of the following. Kratos can die, hes mortal. Freddy only has powers in peoples dreams, we all know MK is a tourny, not a characters dream. Freddy is already dead and cannot die, in peoples dreams he can do anything he likes. So all of his special moves based on his glove are really lame as his possibilitys are endless.
Honestly im a bigger freddy fan than i am MK. But this is a bad mix, story wise and the way he has been portrayed. I could probably let go the whole story and powers and him not being in peoples dreams things go if he was designed better. I think the biggest annoyance for me is his design, why the hell does he have 2 gloves. He has never looked like this before. Imagine if kratos was going to be designed differnt, he wouldnt have even made it into the game. They had to change some fatalitys to respect his charcter. I think im more pissed that freddy charcter has been handled so poorly.
This is just a money maker for the NRS and im quite appauled about the whole thing. People have the right to be annoyed about this, with all the rumors about it being freddy i think most people took it as a joke. Because it is a bad joke.
