Favorite Arcade Games?

Pac-Man

I know people are gonna say "Everyones played it millions of times so it's boring," but this game is really special to me and is one of my favorite games ever next to UMK3.

I seriously love Pac-Man. :love:
 
I wish I could remember the name of it.


But its a railshooter in which you are some kind of flying robot.
The gun the player holds is ****ing MASSIVE, its impossible to hold it with one hand.

And the vibration is so body-rocking, I think it rearranged my DNA.
I used to be Asian, now I'm black.

As far as my favorite arcade games go: Galaga, Ms. Pac-Man, MK1-3, Samurai Shodown IV, Tekken Tag Tournament...

and the most underrated arcade game of all time: Berzerk (no, I'm not old enough to have played it in arcades, I've played it on MAME).
Seriously, Evil Otto from Berzerk has got to be the most evil VG villain ever... he's the only one known to have killed actual players (see link)

So many but I think I will go with Primal Rage since it was one of my first fighting games. I loved the game as a kid and even own the toys of the game.
 
Ooo forgot about Primal Rage. Yes that game rocked at the time. I think I forget due to the unavailability of a decent option for playing it today

I could be wrong, but is the game you're thinking of called L.A. Machineguns or GunBlade? I remember those games having huge machine guns and they shook violently with every shot haha!

My favourite arcade games are any Tekken/Street Fighter games, X-Men Arcade (thank goodness for Xbox Live and PSN!), and especially any arcade game involving the player using motorcycles. Mainly the Harley Davidson game from 1998 or so. There's something about the games registering the leans and turns your body needs to make that I just find so damn cool!

I was a huge arcade fan back in the day, so it's really sad to see what a dying breed it has become in North America :(

I'm lucky, I live in Vegas.
So there are quite a few arcades to go to.

Awesome game right their, also had the toys. It's a shame they never released part 2 but probably for the best
 
I have to say that the Raiden II is one of my favorite Arcade games along with The Grid...
Im a pinball collector by nature but they all go hand in hand for me.
